A well-built quiz generates data that ends up stuck in the WordPress dashboard: someone has to log in, export it, copy emails to the mailing list and notify the team. This addon is designed for people who already use Quiz And Survey Master and want every submission to trigger an action in another tool without manual work.

It is no use if you don't yet have Quiz And Survey Master installed: it is an addon, not a standalone plugin. Nor does it replace Zapier: you need your own account there to build the Zaps, and the destination apps (spreadsheet, CRM, task manager) are your own responsibility. And if all you want is to store results inside WordPress, you don't need it.

Why QSM - Zapier Integration changes the work of people who manage students or leads

People who publish quizzes tend to be in one of two businesses: teaching or capturing contacts. In both, a quiz loses its value if the response takes days to reach the person who must act on it. A teacher who checks results on the weekend or a salesperson who sees a lead late is working with stale information. Connecting the quiz to the rest of your tools shortens that gap.

The addon sends the data from each completed quiz or survey to Zapier, and from there you decide what happens next.

What data travels to Zapier

The addon sends the quiz results, the individual answers and any contact fields the participant has filled in. This lets you, for example, greet people by name in an automated email or register their email in a CRM. If your quiz doesn't ask for contact details, you will have nothing to send to a mailing list, so it pays to include them in the form.

What setup and upkeep to expect

If your flow is simple (one quiz, one spreadsheet), it will be straightforward. If you chain several steps or conditions, the work is in Zapier, not in the plugin. Before buying, test in the demo with a real quiz that the fields you need reach the destination.
