About Realestate Base Pro
Portals already have the listings; your website has to sell the person behind them
A real estate website often fails by trying to look like a listings portal: lots of property pages, filters and nothing that sets you apart. Visitors have already seen those properties elsewhere. What they don't know yet is who you are, which area you know and why they should call you and not someone else.
Realestate Base Pro is a theme designed for that showcase role: agencies, agents, brokers, builders, architects or interior designers who need a clean, orderly look, with a strong front page and content of their own. It also works for a blog, a corporate site or a portfolio.
Slider, widgets and front page: what Realestate Base Pro sets up without code
The Pro version expands on the basics of the free theme. The most useful parts for a real estate business:
- Featured slider with advanced options, to open the front page with your best properties or your main message.
- Custom widgets with advanced options, to fill the front page with blocks for services, team or featured content.
- Front page widget area, which lets you arrange those blocks without editing templates.
- Sticky primary menu, which stays visible as you scroll, and drag-and-drop dropdown menus.
- Extended author bio, useful if each agent signs their own articles.
Colors, fonts and layouts so the site looks like your brand
With the Live Customizer you see changes before publishing them. You can change colors with pickers or with one-click predefined schemes, choose Google Fonts typography, upload your logo and a header image, and edit the footer credit text. For layout, sidebars can change position on a specific page or post, and there are optional sidebars, advanced pagination, breadcrumbs and threaded comments.
It supports a child theme, so you can add your code changes without losing them, and it is ready to be translated.
Is a brand showcase enough or do you need a listings portal?
That is the decision. Realestate Base Pro takes care of the site's look and structure; it is not a property management system.
Does it include property pages with search and filters?
It does not include a dedicated content type for properties or a search with filters. Check in the demo how properties are displayed. If you need listings filtered by price or area, the usual route is to add a specific plugin.
Can I sell online with it?
It is compatible with WooCommerce, but that makes it a store, not a real estate listings system.
Can I customize it without coding?
Yes: colors, fonts, layouts, menus and widgets are adjusted from the Customizer and the theme options. For code changes, use a child theme.
Is it available in Spanish?
English is the default language, but it is ready to be translated into other languages.
