For the agency that wants its own storefront, not for someone who only needs a search widget
Many small real estate agencies depend on portals to be found, and there their listing gets lost among hundreds of identical ads. A site of your own with well-presented properties is how clients remember the agency and not the portal. ReEstate is built for agents, brokers and real estate developers who want that storefront of their own.
It is not the best choice if you are looking for a generic theme that works for other businesses: its whole structure revolves around properties. Nor if you expect it to bring an MLS listing on its own: the IDX integration relies on DsIDXpress, and you need your own account and setup for that service. Also, the demo images are for sample purposes only.
Properties as their own content, not blog posts in disguise
ReEstate includes a specific content type for properties, with list and grid views. That matters because a property has data that a blog post cannot handle: categories, facilities, a detail page and fields such as the age of the property. You can also adjust the slugs for properties and their categories so the URLs make sense in your market.

How ReEstate is put together: demo, builder and styles
The theme comes with a one-click demo installer and a drag and drop page builder (WPBakery Page Builder). That lets you start from a demo and adapt it instead of starting from scratch.

The theme is translation ready through a .pot file and is compatible with right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew. It is responsive and works in the usual browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari and Opera. If your market is bilingual or international, that is a point in its favor.
Plugin dependencies worth keeping an eye on
ReEstate works with the theme's own required plugins, including WPBakery Page Builder and ConvertPlug, and is compatible with Bootstrap 3. More plugins mean more pieces to maintain and more weight on the page. Before committing, check in the demo how the property page and the search behave on mobile, and whether the layout covers what you need.
