About ReLabs – Computer Repair WordPress Theme
Someone with a broken phone isn't searching for your shop, they're searching for their fault
Anyone landing on your site with a laptop that won't turn on or a shattered phone screen isn't looking for your business name: they are looking for their problem, and they want to know, before calling, whether you fix it, where you are and when you open. A theme for a repair shop has to answer that at first glance.
Many repair shops miss something: people compare by device and by fault, not by company. A single "we fix everything" text loses against a site with a clear page for each type of equipment.
One page per service: how ReLabs organizes your repairs
The demo homepage presents four repair lines (phone, laptop, computer and tablets), each with a short text and a "more info" button. The theme also includes a single service page and a cases section with an individual case page, handy for showing solved faults.
- Header with contact details: the demo shows phone, address and opening hours at the very top, and there are four header styles and two footer styles.
- Company pages: about us, careers, partners, contact, a team with a page per member, testimonials, events, portfolio and a features page.
- Building blocks: accordion, tabs, counters, pricing table, progress bars, timeline, maps, slider, brand logos and contact form, among others.
- Site utility pages: coming soon, maintenance, 404 error and search results.
Now, what it is not: ReLabs presents services and makes contact easy, but it isn't designed as a booking manager, an automatic quote tool or a tracker for repair status. If you want customers to book a slot or check how their device is doing, you will need a separate tool.
The ReLabs accessories shop supports the repair business, it doesn't replace it
Besides repairs, the theme brings a product grid, a listing, a single product page and a cart, with wishlist and compare buttons. The demo sells accessories (a mouse, an adapter, a USB flash drive and earphones), a logical extra for the customer who comes in for a screen and leaves with a cable too. There is also a page marked as Ecwid ready.
That said, a shop needs an engine behind it. Check in the demo and when you activate the theme which commerce plugin is needed for the cart, wishlist and compare features, because you may have to install them yourself.
Frequently asked questions about ReLabs
Does it work if I only repair phones?
Yes. Services are independent pages, so you can keep only the ones you offer and rewrite the texts for your specialty.
Can I run a blog with news from the shop?
Yes. It comes with classic, grid, masonry and justified post layouts, formats with image, link, slideshow, video, quote or audio, and a sidebar on the left, on the right or none at all.
Can I sell accessories as well as repair?
Yes, with the shop pages it includes, as long as the matching commerce plugin is active.
Does it allow online booking?
Not as a feature of its own. Contact works through a form, a phone number and a map.
Before publishing, replace the Los Angeles address and the demo testimonials
The demo comes with an address, a phone number, an email, opening hours, repair figures and three customer opinions that are only examples. Replace all of it with your real details. Counter blocks should only show numbers you can stand behind, and publishing invented reviews as if they came from your customers is misleading the people who will trust you with their device.
First pick one of the four header styles, since it is what shows the most, and then fill in the services you really offer, one page each.
