There are also options to connect HubSpot with an API token, receive SMS alerts through Twilio and send data to other services through webhooks. The form builder supports more field types, per-field validation messages and a webhook URL to send submissions to newsletter or automation tools.

Listings, agents and headers designed with free Elementor

Residence ships with its own template studio for Elementor, which works with the free version. With it you design the property page, listings, categories, agent, agency and developer profiles, blog posts, headers, mega menus and footers. You can assign different templates by category or condition, so a luxury apartment doesn't have to look like a commercial unit. It includes more than 170 widgets of its own.

If you prefer another method, WPBakery Page Builder, Ultimate Addons and Revolution Slider are also included, for sliders with animations and video backgrounds. With more than 450 configuration options, it's best to start from a demo and make changes gradually, not all at once.

Paid listings need WooCommerce

Here is how the work splits:

• Already solved: a forced registration option to capture leads, a calculator you can place on any page, and a layout adapted to mobile, tablet and desktop.
• With WooCommerce: charging for paid submissions or memberships with any gateway WooCommerce supports. Without it, there are no payments.
• On your own: photos, descriptions and data for each property, and the legal and privacy text for the contact data you store in the CRM.
• With a professional, if you need one: any integration beyond the HubSpot, Twilio and webhook settings. If you already work with another CRM, check that you can feed it through a webhook.

Translated into 32 languages, with touch-ups pending

The theme comes translated into 32 languages, including Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic and Simplified Chinese. The translations are automatic and may need small adjustments, which you edit from the WordPress dashboard.
