The demo is organized around what a civil works client looks for before calling:
- Services: three listing variants and individual service pages with examples such as road construction, materials certification, asphalt, driveways, paving and coating inspection.
- Projects: three portfolio layouts and three single project layouts, plus a gallery with preview.
- Company: three About Us versions, team, single team member page, partners, certifications and a pricing page.
- Contact: three variants, a quote request page and three footer styles.
- Utilities: FAQ, maintenance page, coming soon page, error page and typography.
The value is that the structure already answers the typical questions: what you do, with which materials, who does it and how to request a quote.
Blog, news and shop: what is there and what to check
The blog supports classic, grid and masonry layouts, with standard, image, gallery, quote, link, video and audio post formats. For a construction company it works for publishing project milestones, safety improvements or cases such as a stadium renovation.
The demo also includes a shop with a product list, simple, variable and out of stock products, plus a cart. Keep in mind it is an extra: if you only want to capture quote requests, you will probably not use it, and to sell you will need to set up e-commerce yourself. Check in the demo which specific features require additional plugins before planning the site.
The demo texts (counter figures, testimonials, addresses, phone numbers) are samples: replace them with your company's real data. The counters for projects, years of experience, staff and machinery must be filled in with your own verifiable figures.

With so many variants, choose first
With so many variants of services, projects, contact and footer, the usual mistake is loading everything and leaving spare pages behind. First decide which version of each block suits your company, keep one and delete the rest. Gather real photos of your work, certification logos and your contact details beforehand: a demo with generic images conveys the opposite of what a construction client is looking for.
