About Romancy – Hotel Booking WordPress Theme
A room left unsold today can't be recovered tomorrow
A small hotel often ends up with a nice website and a contact form that turns into emails and phone calls to sort out dates, guests and prices. And every night that friction scares off a customer, the room stays empty for good: it isn't stock you can sell the following week.
Romancy is a WordPress theme designed for that problem: besides the design, it brings the booking logic inside (dates, occupancy, prices and availability). It suits hotels, hostels, resorts, vacation apartments and B&Bs, with a polished, luxurious look.
Romancy and its room listing with filters and multi-room booking
The theme includes a listing page where visitors filter rooms by what they need, with Ajax search (no page reload). The real advantage: someone who wants several rooms in a single order can book them from that listing, without going page by page.
The booking form includes check-in and check-out dates, adults, children and number of rooms. If you need to ask for any other detail, you can add unlimited fields.
Seasonal prices, deposit and cancellation: what you set up per room
Each room accepts these settings:
- Daily price, global discount and prices for special periods (season, holidays).
- Main and additional services, each with its own price.
- Deposit and available quantity (stock).
- Dates when the room is unavailable.
- Maximum adults and children, area, beds, baths and amenities.
For day-to-day work, orders can be filtered by customer name, check-in and check-out dates, room and status. If someone books by phone or in person, you create the manual order from the admin. The customer can pay a part or the full amount, receives an email reminding them of the date and can cancel their order.
Decide whether Romancy is your booking engine or just your showcase
It is built on Elementor (drag and drop), is responsive and includes Contact Form 7, compatibility with WPML and WooCommerce, one-click demo content import, wide or boxed layout and typography and color settings in the customizer. Mind the scope: if your main business is a restaurant or a spa, don't expect a table or treatment booking system. And if you need to sync calendars with external portals, check it in the demo first, don't take it for granted.
Can I record bookings that come by phone?
Yes, the system lets you create manual orders from the admin.
Can the customer pay only a deposit?
Yes, it supports partial or full payment. Check in the demo which payment methods you need.
Does it work for a multilingual website?
It is compatible with the WPML plugin.
Can I change the fields of the booking form?
Yes, besides the basic fields you can add as many as you want.
