People looking for a security company usually do it in a hurry or out of worry: there has just been a burglary nearby, they have moved into a new home or they are concerned about their business. If they land on a site that mixes home, business and large-chain services in one block of text, they close the tab and call the next company on the list. Shielda is designed to organize that conversation before the visitor picks up the phone.
How Shielda organizes your offer by who is calling
The demo's home page splits the services into three different audiences, and that is the most useful part of the theme:
- Home: monitored burglar and fire alarms, video surveillance, smart entryways, personal emergency response and voice control.
- Business: alarms, video surveillance, access control, energy management and environmental hazard monitoring.
- Multi-site companies: physical security, managed network services, access control and loss prevention.
Each audience has its own entry in the services menu, so homeowners don't have to read about corporate access control and managers don't have to read about video doorbells.
Built for requesting quotes, not for selling online
The whole demo revolves around one goal: getting the visitor to request a quote. There is a free quote button in the header, a visible phone number, a contact form with name and phone, and a checkbox to accept the privacy policy and terms. It also includes a home page with three highlighted arguments, a company introduction block, testimonials, a packages section, frequently asked questions and a blog.
It is a classic lead-generation structure, and it works well for businesses where the sale is closed by phone or with a technical visit. If you treat the form seriously and call back whoever fills it in quickly, you have a lot gained.
What to decide before choosing Shielda
It is a visual theme for a security company offering installation and monitoring. It fits if you offer alarms, cameras or access control with a custom quote. If your activity is different, for example guarding with personnel or IT consulting, you will have to rewrite much of the text.
The demo's texts, figures and testimonials are samples: replace them with your own. Don't publish guarantees, years in business, customer numbers or awards that you cannot prove. The counters on the home page may show zero until you configure them with real data.
Is it suitable for a camera or alarm shop?
It is not geared toward a shop. If you want to sell equipment, you will need to add a separate commerce solution and check that it fits the design.
