A pretty portfolio with unexplained projects doesn't convince
Many portfolios are a grid of screenshots with a contact button at the bottom. Whoever is evaluating you opens two or three pieces and asks what problem you solved, not just how the result looks. ShowUp - Personal Portfolio & Resume Elementor Template Kit is built on that idea: a home page, pages to tell who you are and what you do, and an individual template to develop each project.
It suits web developers and designers, digital creators, freelancers and anyone who needs an online resume or a digital profile. An agency website is also among its intended uses.
Works and Single Work: the list attracts, the project page convinces
Works shows your projects as a whole and Single Work is the page for each one. Make the most of it: instead of leaving just images, tell the brief, what you decided and what changed thanks to your work. That's where a potential client sees how you think, and no design does that for you.
If you use the Reviews template to show opinions from clients or colleagues, publish only real ones, and with permission from whoever wrote them.
Home, About, Services and Expertise: a path to tell your story
With Home, About, Services and Expertise, plus Contact and the blog post template (Blog Post), you complete a personal site without designing each page from scratch.
Global styles, minimalist design and no-code editing
The kit includes a Global Style: you change fonts and colors in one place or fine-tune element by element. The design is clean and minimalist, responsive and fast-loading, leaving room for your work to stand out rather than the frame. Everything is edited by dragging and dropping in Elementor, and Header and Footer come as templates.
It's a kit for Elementor, not a complete theme
A template kit contains the page design for Elementor, not a WordPress theme. It is optimized for the free Hello Elementor theme, although it works with most themes compatible with Elementor.
- Already solved: more than 13 templates (Home, Services, Expertise, Works, About, Contact, Single Work, Reviews, Blog Post, Header, Footer, Metform and Global Style), a contact form with Metform and the global styles.
- You provide: the texts and the explanation of your cases, which is what really sells.
- You provide: the images. The demo ones are from Envato Elements; replace them with your own or make sure you have permission to use them.
- You set up: header and footer are activated with ElementsKit Lite (or with Theme Builder if you have Elementor Pro), and pages must use the Elementor Full width layout for them to show.
Questions before choosing ShowUp
Is it a WordPress theme?
No. It is a template kit loaded on top of Elementor and it needs a compatible theme, preferably Hello Elementor.
Which plugins does it include?
ElementsKit Lite and Metform are installed with the kit.
Do I need Elementor Pro?
For header and footer you can use ElementsKit Lite. If you have Elementor Pro, you can use Theme Builder instead.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes, and it's advisable: the demo images are just examples and you change them from Elementor.
