Suntop - Roofing Services Elementor Template Kit

A leak gives no warning: the customer finds it when it rains, grabs their phone and calls the first company whose website looks serious. Suntop is built for that moment: a website for roofing, repair or maintenance that looks tidy on a small screen.

It suits you if you already have photos of your own work, a clear list of services and are happy to edit with Elementor. It is not for you if you expect:

• A theme: it is a kit of content templates for Elementor. You need WordPress already installed, and it is optimized with the free Hello Elementor theme.
• Automatic bookings or quotes: to capture leads it comes with a MetForm form and nothing more.
• Photos ready to publish: the demo images come from Envato Elements and you will have to replace them with your own.

The pages in Suntop, from the leak to the finished job

The kit includes more than 14 templates: Home, About, Services, Service Details, Team, Pricing, Project, Project Details, FAQ, Blog, Blog Details, Contact, a MetForm form, the 404 page, the header and the footer.

For this trade you get the Services and Service Details pair and the Project and Project Details pair. The latter is where trust is won: a finished roof cannot be seen from the ground, so your job photos are the only proof the customer can look at.

If you quote each job individually, you may not use the Pricing template, and that is fine.

Changing Suntop colors and fonts without opening every page

The kit includes a global style (Global Kit Style) where you set fonts and colors in one place, so adapting it to your company colors does not mean touching every template. The design is responsive, retina-ready and built to work across different browsers.

Everything is edited with Elementor, without writing code. The kit installs Elementor, ElementsKit Lite, MetForm and RomethemeKit for Elementor.

The header, footer and form are set up separately

When you import the kit, the header and footer do not appear on every page by themselves. You create them with ElementsKit Lite (or with the Theme Builder if you have Elementor Pro) and fill them by inserting the matching template from My Templates. Pages must also use the Elementor Full width page layout for them to show.

The form is also inserted by hand: on the page where it should appear, you edit the MetForm widget and load the imported template. Plan for some time adjusting things before publishing, especially so the form sends to your email and the contact details are yours.

Do I need Elementor Pro?

It is not a requirement: the kit comes with ElementsKit Lite to build the header and footer. If you already have Elementor Pro, you can do it with the Theme Builder.

Does it work for painting, remodeling or general construction?

The design is made for roofing and construction, with repair, renovation and maintenance services. For other trades you will have to rewrite the text and change the images, and the result will depend on what you show in them.

Are the demo photos included?

Not as material for your site: they are Envato Elements images. The usual approach is to replace them with photos of your own jobs.

Can I change the colors all at once?

Yes, from the kit's global style, which centralizes fonts and colors.

Does it work with any theme?

It is optimized with Hello Elementor. If you use another one, check how the demo looks with your theme first.
