About Tiered Pricing Table for WooCommerce

Wholesale buyers don't want a discount, they want to know what the order costs

Writing "10% volume discount" in a description forces the customer to pull out a calculator, and people who have to calculate usually email you or leave to compare elsewhere. Tiered Pricing Table for WooCommerce shows the price per unit for each quantity right on the product page, and the total adjusts as soon as the number changes.

If you sell by the box, pack or kilo, your business depends on the customer understanding the scale early: the more they buy, the less they pay per unit. If that scale isn't visible, they buy the minimum and never find out that 50 units would have suited them better.

How prices are defined in Tiered Pricing Table

There are two places to create rules, and it pays to choose according to the size of your catalog.

If you have a few products with different rates

In each product's edit page you enter a quantity and the fixed price or percentage discount, and add as many tiers as you need. There you also set minimum, maximum and group quantities (for example, only in multiples of 6), plus the unit name: kg, box, pack.

If you sell to wholesalers with their own rates

You pick a user role and give it a base price or a percentage off the original, with its own tiers and quantity limits. Regular customers see one rate and wholesalers another, without duplicating products.

If you have hundreds of products and categories

Global rules apply to products or categories (with exclusions) and to users or roles (also with exclusions). They support regular price, sale price and their own tiers. They can also add up different products: 10 units of product A and 10 of B count as 20 when working out the tier. Rules can be paused and reactivated with one click, handy for campaigns like Black Friday.

What the customer sees on the product page, in the catalog and in the cart

  • Display templates: table, blocks, options, dropdown, horizontal table, plain text or informational text.
  • Placement: through the [tiered-pricing-table] shortcode, a Gutenberg block or an Elementor widget.
  • Catalog and widgets: you can show a price range or the minimum price with a prefix such as "From".
  • Cart: it can show the crossed-out price and tell shoppers how many more units they need for the next discount tier, a real nudge to raise the order value.

The table inherits the theme's styles, so you only adjust the position and the accent color. On variable products, each variation has its own table.

Other features that help B2B stores

Minimum, maximum and group quantity limits are included, with no other plugin needed. You can also hide prices and block purchases for logged-out visitors, and recalculate manually created orders from the admin with a button. All pricing data can be imported and exported, roles included (compatible with WP All Import), and the WooCommerce REST API carries the tiered pricing information.

It needs WooCommerce to work, and it isn't a full promotions manager

It is a WooCommerce add-on: without the store installed it does nothing. It calculates prices by quantity and by role, but it doesn't create coupons or "buy X, get Y" rules. Set the calculation logic carefully (based on regular or sale price, variations as a single product, rounding) and test a real order before publishing your rates.
