About Villa Elisa – Real Estate Responsive WordPress theme WordPress Theme
Your listings are already on the portals; what isn't is who answers
A real estate website often ends up as one more shop window of listings the buyer has already seen on the portals, with the same photos and the same cold listing. If your properties appear elsewhere, the only thing that exists solely on your site is you.
Villa Elisa is a theme built around that idea: on the property in its demo, the agent's introduction, her phone number and a contact form sit alongside the property listing. The visitor doesn't just see a house, they see who to ask.
Villa Elisa step by step: from the homepage to a buyer's message
Imagine you're about to publish a two-storey villa by the sea, like the one in the demo.
- Homepage. You choose between three header styles and three footer styles. The demo shows featured properties as cards with a title, an address and a link to read more. That way the buyer lands straight on homes, not on a welcome text.
- Property page. The demo opens with the location, continues with the highlights (yard, kitchen, views, bathroom, rooms) and closes with floor area, floors, bedrooms and bathrooms, plus an equipment list: gas burners, WiFi, air conditioning, barbecue, dryer, gym and laundry. You write that data for each property yourself; the theme provides the order, not the information.
- Contact. Below it appears the agent with a short bio, her phone number and a form with name, email and message. It is contact by message: if you want appointments by schedule you will have to add them separately.
- Search and listings. The demo menu includes pages for properties, agents and search results, listings in several layouts, and sections called IDX, listings shortcode and single listing shortcode. If you want to import listings from an MLS, that depends on an external service: check in the demo how it connects before promising it to a client.
There is also a page called Add Property. Check in the demo whether it is meant for visitors to publish or only for managing your own catalog.
Questions before building your agency site with Villa Elisa
Does it work if I'm an independent agent? Yes. The demo revolves around one agent with her bio and phone number, and it also includes an agents page in case you have a team later.
What do I need to replace? All the sample content: addresses, photos, texts, phone number and property data. The homes in the demo are located in the United States and are for illustration only.
Can I tell sales and rentals apart? If you need it, test it in the demo before deciding.
Does it include a blog? Yes, with image, gallery, video, audio, quote and link posts, and listing, masonry or grid layouts.
Pages for when there are no new listings
A property catalog has slow weeks, and a site that only shows homes feels empty. Villa Elisa includes company pages for those moments: about, contact, frequently asked questions, a pricing page and others for maintenance and coming soon, plus a 404 page and typography and elements pages.
Blog posts can have a sidebar on the left, on the right or none. Use them to answer questions from buyers in your area, not to repeat the property listings.
