About WC WhatsApp Order Notification
In a store that charges with Pix or boleto, an unpaid order is rarely a lost customer: usually it is someone who got distracted, closed the tab or left the boleto for tomorrow. The problem is that nobody writes to them, and the store just stares at a list of pending orders without knowing where to start.
Chasing someone who already decided to buy
Anyone who generates a boleto or a Pix code has already decided to buy. What is missing is a reminder in the place where that person looks at their phone every day. WC WhatsApp Order Notification gathers orders with pending payment on a single screen and, with one click, opens WhatsApp in the customer's conversation with the message already written.
One screen with pending orders and one icon per message
By default the list shows orders in Pending payment and On hold from the last 5 days. You can change status, dates and category with the filters. Each message you register becomes an icon in the order row, and that icon turns green once you have sent it. The plugin also saves the date and adds a note to the order with the message title.
- Unlimited messages: for example, a payment reminder and another for a late order.
- Order variables: name, products, total, payment link, address and tracking code.
- A box on the order screen to send a free message with the same variables.
The right payment link in every message
With 19 boleto and Pix methods (among them PagSeguro, PagHiper, Asaas, Mercado Pago, Pagar.me, Vindi and Ebanx) the message carries the direct link to the boleto. With other methods it carries the order payment link on your site, and orders on hold receive the order link in My account. The tracking code is filled in if you use Melhor Envio, Correios para WooCommerce or Correios Automático.
Messages don't go out on their own: you send them
Here it helps to set expectations. The plugin sends nothing automatically: it opens WhatsApp Web or the desktop app with the text ready, and you review it and press send from your own number. In return you need no WhatsApp API or paid account, and there is no cost per message.
- Already solved: the pending list, the message with name, product and link, and the record of whom you wrote to.
- You cover it: pressing send in each conversation, by hand and from a computer.
- Another plugin: if you want email reminders or abandoned cart recovery, those are different products.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the WhatsApp API?
No. The WhatsApp you already use on your computer is enough, and the plugin charges nothing per message.
Which orders appear in the list?
By default, those in Pending payment and On hold from the last 5 days, with filters to change that.
How do I know whom I already wrote to?
The message icon turns green after the click and the order keeps a note with the date and the message title.
Does it work if I don't sell with Pix or boleto?
Yes, but in that case the message carries the order payment link on your site, not the direct boleto link.
