About Whols Pro - WooCommerce Wholesale Prices
For sellers who serve wholesale and retail from the same catalog (and not for those who want a separate B2B site)
Opening a wholesale store often ends with two websites, two catalogs to maintain and prices that drift out of sync every time you edit a product. Whols Pro avoids that: one WooCommerce store, one catalog and one checkout, with different prices depending on who is buying.
It suits you if you already sell to individual customers and want to add distributors, shops or professionals without touching what retail customers see. Wholesale prices only apply to logged-in users with an approved wholesale role; everyone else sees the normal prices.
It is not for you if you are looking for a warehouse management, invoicing or ERP system: the plugin works on prices, roles, registration and cart rules, not on inventory or accounting.
Prices by role, by category or by variation
You can set the wholesale price globally, per product, per variation or per category, either as a flat discount or as a percentage. It works with simple and variable products.
- A single tier for one wholesale role, or different tiers for several roles.
- Wholesale prices on certain products only, not on the whole store.
- Quick and bulk editing of products, useful when you have a large catalog.
Think about how you really sell: a distributor buying 500 units should not pay the same as a small shop. Unlimited roles let you build that ladder without duplicating products.
Approve who gets in before showing them prices
In wholesale, the risk is not that nobody buys, but that anyone can register and see your rates. Whols Pro includes a dedicated registration form that you can place on any page with a shortcode, with custom fields (tax ID, industry, website, whatever you need).
- Automatic or manual approval of each request, also from the email.
- A default wholesale role for new sign-ups.
- Email alerts for registration, approval and rejection.
- Google reCAPTCHA integration.
You can also restrict access to the whole store or just the Shop page to logged-in users or a specific role, and make certain products visible to retailers only.
Cart rules that save you from negotiating order by order
Dynamic rules apply logic at checkout based on role, subtotal, products or promo code:
- Cart-wide discounts.
- Additional fees, such as customs or documentation.
- BOGO and buy X, get Y offers.
- Conditional free shipping, for example for VIP tiers or high-value orders.
- Payment method control by role (for example, invoice only for certain customers).
You can also require a minimum order quantity to unlock wholesale pricing and show it automatically when products are added to the cart. There are bulk order forms, a saved order list for quick reordering, quote requests, wholesale orders without creating an account, and the option for the administrator to create orders on behalf of the customer from the dashboard.
Whols Pro with your other plugins: translation, currency and search
It is compatible with WPML and Polylang (wholesale prices, quantity rules and visibility carry over to translations), with CURCY Multi Currency (prices convert at the exchange rate), with WooCommerce Product Bundles, with FiboSearch and with WooCommerce Packing Slips to attach PDFs to order emails. Reports and analytics help you see how the wholesale side performs.
Frequently asked questions
