About Woo Products Table Pro
A store with hundreds of SKUs, where the customer already knows what they want, gets slow with the classic WooCommerce grid: open each product page, pick a variation, go back, repeat. Wholesale buyers and repeat customers want to see everything in one list, filter it and add to cart without changing page.
Woo Products Table Pro: the catalog as an order sheet
This plugin displays WooCommerce products in a table inserted with a shortcode. It is set up with a shortcode generator and an options panel, with no code required.
Those who sell to professionals often focus on store design when the real problem is the number of clicks per order. A well-built table cuts that more than any visual change.
What the table does for each type of store
Wholesaler or distributor
You can show attributes and variations in their own columns. There is a quick order mode with Ajax add to cart, an option to add only the selected products, and a direct link to the checkout page.
Restaurant or food orders
There is a demo designed for a restaurant where the user orders straight from the table. It works well for simple menus; if your business needs delivery times or delivery zones, this plugin does not handle that.
Catalog with lots of data
It supports custom taxonomies and custom fields as columns, and you can rearrange the fields from the panel. It suits books, jewellery, fashion, accessories or music (there is a demo with audio preview).
Filters, search and loading: what the customer will notice
- Instant and advanced search: with filters by categories and taxonomies, generated automatically from the ones that exist.
- Restricted tables: by product ID, category, tag or meta, with a minimum and maximum price condition.
- Ajax pagination or a load more button.
- Mini cart in each table, with the option to remove products, and a cart icon instead of the button text.
- Thumbnail with lightbox and customizable messages.
- Mobile-responsive layout, with colors, backgrounds, font sizes and spacing editable from the options.
It needs YITH plugins for quotes and wishlists
The quotation table requires YITH WooCommerce Request A Quote, and the wishlist table requires YITH WooCommerce Wishlist. Without them, those features do not appear. It is also a WooCommerce plugin: without that store it has no use. To control minimum, maximum and step quantities, a separate min-max-step control plugin is recommended, and it declares compatibility with it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I show only one category?
Yes, you can filter the table by category, tag, meta or specific IDs, and combine that with a price range.
Does it work with variable products?
Yes, variations are shown in a column and it detects the default selected variation.
Can it be used on mobile?
It is mobile responsive, but with many columns it is worth checking on your own phone which ones you want to keep.
Do I need to code?
No: the shortcode generator and the options panel cover the usual setup.
Before choosing it, test your case in the demo
If your products have many variations or custom fields, check in the demo how those columns look and decide which ones you will show. A table with ten columns is more tiring than a grid.
