About WooCommerce Bulk Variation Forms

When the customer knows what they want and your store makes them go one by one

A wholesale buyer who needs twelve units spread over four sizes and three colors doesn't want to pick a variation, add it to the cart, go back to the product page and repeat. With a standard WooCommerce variable product, that means dozens of clicks for a single model, and a large order becomes a chore that some people solve by phoning in or going to another supplier.

WooCommerce Bulk Variation Forms replaces the variation dropdowns with a grid-style form where the customer types quantities and adds everything to the cart in a single action.

A quantity grid instead of repeated selectors

The plugin shows a table of the available combinations on the variable product page. The buyer types how many units they want of each one and submits the form once. It uses the product data and variations you already have set up in WooCommerce, so there's no need to rebuild your catalog or write custom code.

It's especially useful in stores where people buy in volume and know the product:

  • Wholesale clothing: several sizes and colors of one model in a single step.
  • Food and beverage: quantities across different package sizes.
  • Industrial or parts suppliers: variations in length, size or type.
  • Any bulk-order workflow: fewer repetitive clicks.

It's designed for products with two attributes

The grid is designed for products with two variation attributes, for example size and color. If your products combine three or more attributes, don't assume this format will fit as is. It is also a WooCommerce add-on: it needs an active store and variable products.

It doesn't change your purchasing rules

The plugin speeds up quantity entry, nothing more. It doesn't create wholesale prices, add volume discounts or control minimum orders. If you need those rules, you'll have to solve them with other tools in your store.

Questions asked by owners of stores with large orders

Is it useful for a store that sells to individuals?

It can be, if your customers often buy several sizes or formats at once. If most people buy a single unit, the classic selector is enough.

Do I have to recreate my products?

No. It works with the variable products you already have and their current data.

Does it work with products that have three attributes?

The form is designed for two attributes. With more, check in the demo how it behaves before deciding.

Is it only for B2B stores?

It isn't exclusive to them, but it fits best there: clothing wholesalers, food and beverage distributors or parts suppliers.

Tidy up your variations before activating WooCommerce Bulk Variation Forms

The grid is only as clear as your attributes are. If size or color names are inconsistent between products, the form will show them as they are. Check that every variation has its price and stock set correctly, because the customer will see all the combinations together and any gap stands out.

Try it first with your most ordered product

Pick the variable product that is most often bought in several combinations and see how its grid looks on mobile and on desktop. A wholesale customer usually orders from a computer, but it's worth checking that the table reads well on small screens. If that product works, extend the form to the rest of the catalog.
