About WordPress Carousel Pro
A carousel that looks good on desktop and breaks on mobile
Many sites end up with three different plugins: one for the homepage slider, another for the photo gallery and another for featured products. Each has its own style, its own panel and its own bugs. WordPress Carousel Pro tries to bring all of that into a single tool: carousels, sliders and galleries built as Gutenberg blocks, with visual editing and no code.
The key is that content is not limited to images. You can feed a carousel with images, posts, products, video, audio or external content, and switch between carousel, thumbnail slider, tiles, grid, masonry or justified layouts depending on what each page needs.

If you run a WooCommerce store
You can show products in a carousel or a filterable grid, with price, ratings and a customizable add-to-cart button. You can highlight best sellers, top-rated products or items on sale, filter by taxonomies and sort by date, title or rating.
If you publish content often
Carousels of posts, pages or custom content types update themselves when you publish something new. You can filter by taxonomy, author or date range, sort by date, title or randomly, and show categories, metadata, a read more button and social share buttons. It is useful for news homepages or latest-posts sections.
If you are a photographer, studio or agency
Galleries mix photos and videos in a single view. Each image supports a title, alt text, caption and link; each video, its own thumbnail and details. Videos play in a popup or inline, with YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia and other platforms. You can also protect images with text or image watermarks (different per block), and block right-click and downloads.
If you build sites for clients
It works with Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Beaver Builder and Oxygen: you create the template in the visual editor and display it on whichever page you want. There is a library of ready-made patterns you insert as native, editable blocks, so you do not start from scratch.
Effects, filters and control over when each thing shows
- Card styles: you decide where titles, descriptions, buttons and social icons go, with variants such as overlay, diagonal, content box or custom.
- Motion: hover effects, entrance effects and vertical or horizontal scroll effects, with control over speed, delay and duration. Image, text and layers are animated separately.
- AJAX filter and search: visitors filter by category, tag or keyword and the gallery updates instantly.
- Visibility: public, private or password-protected carousels and galleries, with start and end dates per block.
- Slider settings: partial view of the next slide, variable widths, deep links to a specific slide, lightbox, AJAX pagination, lazy loading and retina support.
Common questions before choosing it
Does it work if I do not use Gutenberg?
Yes, you can display it in builders such as Elementor, Divi or WPBakery, although editing starts from the blocks and the visual editor.
Can I mix photos and videos in the same gallery?
Yes, and each video supports its own thumbnail and details.
Does it really protect my photos?
It makes casual copying harder with watermarks and by blocking right-click and downloads. An image shown on screen can always be captured, so for very valuable material the watermark is your best defense.
It is a content tool, not an image editor
WordPress Carousel Pro organizes and presents what you already have; it does not retouch photos or create videos. With a large product catalog it is worth testing performance in the demo, because speed also depends on your hosting and the weight of your images. With so many animation options, use them sparingly: too much motion tires visitors.
