About WP All Export User Add-On Pro
Pulling a list of WordPress users usually ends in a database query, a plugin that only returns name and email, or a CSV missing exactly the fields another plugin added. WP All Export User Add-On Pro is built for that moment: export users with all their data and decide how the file looks.
Your users' data is spread across more places than you think
Anyone who exports assuming "it's just name and email" finds out too late that the report is incomplete. This add-on detects the custom data other plugins add and treats it like standard fields, so you pick it on the same screen.
How each profile uses it
If you run a WooCommerce store
You can export emails, billing and shipping details, and the information WooCommerce extensions leave behind. With filters you choose which users go into the file, by status, role or another field, instead of exporting everything and cleaning up by hand afterwards.
If you work for clients or migrate sites
You export the users and download the Bundle option, which includes an import template alongside the data file. When you upload it on the other site, WP All Import knows how to re-import. You can also edit the file in Excel and import the changes back. Passwords are exported hashed, and when re-imported users can keep logging in with their own.
If you feed other tools
You can generate CSV, Excel or XML with the structure the destination system asks for, using drag and drop or by writing the XML by hand. With Zapier it connects to over a thousand apps (email, Dropbox, Google Drive and others), and you can schedule the export with cron or with their scheduling service.

You can write and test PHP inside the plugin itself when setting up the export, and there is an API and documentation to go further.

How do I export all users?
Go to All Export, create a new export and choose Users. Set up the columns and the format. If you apply no filters, every user in the database is exported.
Does it export custom fields?
Yes. Custom fields are included like any standard field, including those from plugins and WooCommerce extensions.
Is it safe to export passwords?
They are exported as an encrypted hash, not plain text. Even so, the file contains personal data: store it carefully and follow the data protection rules that apply to you.
How do I migrate users to another site?
Export and download the Bundle, upload it on the destination site with WP All Import and the template is applied.
