About WP All Import Pro
When a client's catalog arrives as an Excel file with 3,000 rows, or a supplier sends you an XML whose structure nobody designed with WordPress in mind, you have two options: copy and paste for days, or import the data with a tool that understands your file as it comes. WP All Import Pro is built for the second option.

Importing a file once is the easy part. The hard part comes when the supplier changes prices and stock the following week and you don't want to overwrite the descriptions you have already edited by hand. People who buy this plugin usually run a business whose data changes outside WordPress (a shop, a real estate agency, a job board, a directory) and need those changes to come in without breaking what is already published.
A real walkthrough: from the supplier's spreadsheet to an updated WooCommerce store
Step 1: you upload the file without rearranging it
It accepts XML, CSV, Excel and Google Sheets, and doesn't require you to reorganize the columns beforehand. It handles large files and any structure, even on shared hosting.
Step 2: you drag each piece of data to its field
With the drag and drop interface, you link columns to title, price, categories, images or custom fields. It automatically detects taxonomies, image galleries and fields from other plugins or themes, so you don't have to guess where each thing goes.
Step 3: you decide what gets updated and what is left alone
In later imports you can update existing content with control over what is updated and what is left untouched. You can also insert only what is new without touching what is already there.
Step 4: you schedule the repetition
Imports and exports can run on a schedule, with a setup designed to work on any hosting.
One limit to keep in mind: the plugin moves data, it doesn't clean it. If your file has badly written prices or duplicated categories, they will come in all the same. Check a small sample before running the whole file.

Some of these pieces (WooCommerce, ACF, Meta Box, JetEngine, Gravity Forms, users) are treated as separate import add-ons, so check that the one you need is part of what you install.
Export, edit in Excel and import again
The same system works in reverse: you export your data to CSV, XML or Excel with the columns you choose, edit it in bulk in a spreadsheet and re-import it so that only the modified fields change. It is a practical way to fix thousands of products or posts without opening them one by one. Exporting and migrating between sites belongs to the export side (WP All Export), a sister plugin, not something this one brings on its own.
