YayMail Pro YITH WooCommerce Subscription Addon brings the YayMail visual editor to the emails generated by YITH WooCommerce Subscriptions. Before you decide, be clear about where it fits:

• It suits you if you already use YITH WooCommerce Subscriptions and YayMail Pro in the same store.
• It does not suit you if your subscriptions run on another plugin: this add-on only covers YITH emails.
• It does not work on its own: it extends the YayMail Pro builder, which provides the editor.
• It does not change billing rules or when each notice is sent: it changes how the email looks and what it says.

Subscription notices with your brand, not WooCommerce's

The add-on lets you redesign the YITH subscription email templates from the same drag and drop editor YayMail uses for WooCommerce emails.

Each one is edited in blocks: you add columns and elements, change typography, colors, backgrounds and padding, and see the result in a preview before publishing. You can send yourself a test email and check how the dynamic data looks with real values.

The renewal notice is where the customer decides whether to stay

Of all the emails, the ones about renewal and payment are the ones that arrive just when the customer is thinking about their money. Clear text, with the product, the amount and what happens if they do nothing, causes fewer surprises than a dry, generic message. This is where time spent on design pays off most.

YayMail includes shortcodes for order and customer data, and conditional logic (a feature of the paid version) to show or hide blocks based on rules such as order value or purchase history. Check in the demo which shortcodes and blocks are available inside the specific subscription templates, because they will not necessarily appear in all of them.

The most useful thing about using a single editor for everything is that subscription emails do not clash with order emails.
