About AIO Contact All in One Contact Widget
A floating button that tells visitors who is awake
A visitor writes at ten at night to a salesperson on the other side of the ocean and gets no reply until the next day. To that person, your company does not answer. When a team works across several time zones, the problem is not offering contact, but stopping visitors from choosing someone who cannot help them right now.
AIO Contact is a contact widget for WordPress that gathers several ways to reach you or your team in a single button. The visitor opens it and picks the one they prefer: a specific person, a form, a chat or any item you have added.
Agents with their own schedule in AIO Contact
You can add agents and set their availability according to their time zone. The plugin calculates that availability, compares it with the visitor's time zone and shows whether the agent is available or not. You can also hide agents who are not available, so nobody writes to an inbox that will not be checked until tomorrow.
What suits you depends on your case:
- Showing the agent as unavailable: useful if the visitor can wait and you want them to know that person exists.
- Hiding them: useful if there are other colleagues or contact channels and you prefer not to create silences.
Forms, live chats and shortcodes inside the same button
The Contact Form 7 integration lets you hang email contact forms, call-back requests and others you build with that plugin from the button. You can also add any shortcode as one more item, which is handy for showing your own block, a form from another plugin or whatever your site already has.
For live conversation, these chat services can be added as an option:

There are also behaviour settings designed to stay out of the way: automatic opening of the options after a few seconds, showing or hiding the button on specific URLs, disabling the icon animation, resizing the widget, moving it along the X and Y axes, adding help text to the button and exporting or importing the configuration to take it to another site.
Is a contact button enough, or do you need a support system?
AIO Contact organizes your contact channels, but it is not a ticketing system or a chat of its own. The forms depend on Contact Form 7, which you must have installed, and each live chat is provided by the external service you choose, with its own account. If you want to manage conversations, assign cases or reply with automations, that will be done by that tool, not by this plugin. Agent availability is calculated by time zone: there are no holiday calendars or public holidays, so do not count on them.
Does it work for a one-person team?
Yes, as a button that brings a form, a chat and other access points together in one place. The agents and time zones feature only adds value if you have several people or different schedules.
Can I show the button only on some pages?
Yes, you can set the URLs where it appears or where it is hidden, for example to remove it from the checkout or from a landing page.
Can I use a form that is not from Contact Form 7?
You can try adding its shortcode as an item. Check in the demo that it looks right inside the button panel.
Does the button open by itself?
You can enable the contact options to appear automatically after a number of seconds that you define. Use it with care: a popup that appears too early usually annoys people.
