About AutoRide – Chauffeur Limousine Booking WordPress Theme
The website and the booking system in one package
A transfer company wanting to sell online needs two things: a website that inspires confidence and a system that calculates prices and takes bookings. Bought separately they are two products you have to make fit together, and the joint usually ends up weak.
AutoRide comes with both. It is a WordPress theme for limousines, chauffeur services, taxis and car hire, and it ships the Chauffeur Taxi Booking System, the sector's booking engine, included.
How pricing works
- By distance, point to point, with unlimited intermediate stops.
- By the hour, for on-call services.
- Flat rate on fixed routes.
The map shows the route live and calculates distance and time automatically. On that basis it applies pricing rules by day, date, time, distance and vehicle type, plus geofenced areas for different prices by zone.
The fleet
Unlimited vehicles, each with its gallery, capacity, rates and attributes such as colour or engine type. Extras get added to the booking: child seats, packages and individual services.
Payments and notifications
Cash, Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, card at pickup, and the WooCommerce gateways. Discount coupons, fixed or percentage, and multiple currencies with exchange handling.
Notifications go out by SMS through Nexmo or Twilio, and also by email and Telegram.
Drivers and diary
Manual or automatic driver assignment, and a calendar with a monthly view of every booking in the system.
The design
Built with WPBakery Page Builder, with more than 40 AutoRide-specific elements, and Slider Revolution included. An options panel for colours and fonts, responsive layout, WPML compatibility and WooCommerce integration.
One note for deciding
If you already have a website and only need the booking engine, the Chauffeur system is sold separately and saves you changing theme. AutoRide makes sense when starting from scratch or rebuilding the site anyway: there you save integrating two products.
