Bit Integrations moves that work inside your own WordPress. Data goes from source to destination without passing through a middleman keeping count, and with no task limit.

What it does

• Connects to more than 240 platforms: CRMs, spreadsheets, email, messaging and business tools.
• Listens to what you already use: forms, page builders, WooCommerce and course platforms such as Tutor, LearnDash or LifterLMS.
• Applies conditional logic, so an action fires only when your conditions are met.
• Receives and sends webhooks, which is what lets it talk to anything not on the list.
• Takes custom triggers and actions: a do_action in your code is enough to hook it, and your own PHP can run when it fires.
• No task counter, which is the underlying difference with pay-per-use platforms.

When it pays

When the volume already hurts. At twenty sends a month any option will do. At two thousand, the arithmetic changes entirely and an annual licence costs what a week of per-task billing costs.

If your data is sensitive. Everything that does not leave your server is one fewer copy in somebody else's hands, and that simplifies the privacy conversation considerably.

The counterpart, said plainly: these automations depend on your site. If your WordPress is down or the hosting is slow, the flow waits; an external platform would have kept running. It is a reasonable trade on most projects, but worth knowing beforehand.

About licensing and the GPL

The code is distributed under the GPL licence and its use is free. Updates, support and activation against the maker's servers are separate services contracted with them. They are not the same thing, and buying one is not buying the other.
