A company history with 40 milestones is no longer a timeline
Telling a sequence (a company's history, a career path, the steps of a process) usually ends up as a long paragraph nobody finishes or a bullet list with no rhythm. Visitors can't see what came first, what came next or how much time passed between milestones. A timeline solves that, but only if you choose well what goes in: the hard part is rarely the design, it's deciding which events deserve a point on the line. Bold Timeline gives you the visual side so you can focus on that selection.
Bold Timeline: a shortcode builder that works with any page builder
The plugin comes with its own shortcode builder. You set up the timeline and paste the result wherever you need it, so you don't depend on a specific page builder or a specific theme.

No. Thanks to the shortcode builder you can use it with any theme and any page builder.
Can I show my blog posts as a timeline?
Yes, it supports blog post lists.
Does it look good on mobile?
It's responsive. Still, check in the demo how the horizontal orientation behaves with many milestones on a small screen.
Is it suitable for a very long timeline?
You can add as many events as you want, but a line with dozens of milestones tires the reader. Pick the important ones.
