If your portfolio is your only sales pitch, and if you need more than that
A designer, a photographer or a small agency often lose commissions over something very simple: the client opens the portfolio, can't tell which project to look at and leaves. BOLDZ is made for that buyer: freelancers, creative studios and digital agencies who want to show work, case studies and brand story with a polished look.
It is not for anyone looking for an online store, a booking system or a site with lots of business functions. BOLDZ is a portfolio and presentation theme. It is also built to work with Elementor, so if you don't want to use a page builder, this is not your theme. Nor is it meant as a solution with personalized support: that support is not included, so you should be comfortable setting up the site on your own.
What a creative studio knows and rarely applies to its own website
This sector has a paradox: studios design with great care for their clients and neglect their own site, which ends up with unsorted projects and no clear path. A portfolio works when it selects. Fewer pieces, better told, with context about which problem was solved. BOLDZ has a minimalist design and striking layouts that leave room for the work, but the selection is still up to you: the theme does not choose what to show.
Grids, sliders and blog: how to use them in BOLDZ
- Portfolio grids: they group work into clean galleries. Use them to separate service categories, for example branding on one side and web on the other.
- Full-screen sliders: a good cover for two or three star projects. With ten slides they lose impact.
- Blog pages: they let you explain your process and experience, useful if you want to be found for what you know how to do and not only for your name.
- Smooth animations: they accompany the reading of case studies. It is best not to overload them.
Elementor for layout, and typography, colors and design to your taste
BOLDZ includes Elementor support and lets you adjust fonts, colors and layout without writing code. It is compatible with Elementor, WPML and Bootstrap. If your site will have several languages, that is a plus, but check in the demo how it behaves with your real texts. The design is responsive and adapted to Retina screens, which matters when what you sell is images.
Performance and SEO in BOLDZ: what it offers and what it doesn't
The theme is designed with clean code and fast loading times, which helps you rank better. But a portfolio full of heavy images will be slow with any theme: optimize your images before uploading them. And real SEO also depends on your texts, titles and links, not only on the theme.
