Sending the Zoom link by hand with every booking doesn't scale
Anyone who runs online yoga classes, consultations or coaching sessions knows how it ends: a manual email with the link for every booking, a customer who can't find it right before the session and a calendar in one place while the meetings live in another. In a virtual service, the room is the venue: if customers don't know how to get in, they haven't received what they booked.
BookingPress Zoom Integration Addon connects your booking system with Zoom so each meeting is created and managed from the same dashboard where you already control your appointments.
A booking from start to finish with BookingPress Zoom Integration Addon
Picture an online cooking teacher with two assistants. This is how it would go:
- You connect Zoom with BookingPress. This is the first step, and remember that the addon is an add-on for BookingPress Pro: it doesn't work on its own.
- You assign a Zoom user to each team member. Each professional is linked to their own Zoom user.
- You enable Zoom only on virtual services. If you also offer in-person sessions, they don't need a meeting.
- The customer books and you approve the appointment. Access to the meeting arrives with the approval, so a pending appointment doesn't have a room to join yet.
- Each side joins from their own panel. The professional joins from their Staff Member Dashboard and the customer from their Customer Panel.
One important limit: the video call takes place in Zoom, and the addon only creates and organizes the meetings from BookingPress. Check in the demo how customers see the meeting access in their panel.

Does it work with the free version of BookingPress?
No. It needs BookingPress Pro, that is, a premium plan of the plugin.
Can I enable it only on some services?
Yes. Zoom is enabled service by service, so only online appointments generate a meeting.
Where does the customer find their meeting?
In their Customer Panel, once the appointment is approved.
Does it replace Zoom?
No. It connects BookingPress with Zoom, so you need Zoom and users assigned to your team.
Titles and descriptions that already carry the appointment details
You can customize the title and description of each meeting with dynamic placeholders. Customer, service, staff member and appointment details can all be included.
This helps when a professional piles up several sessions: if the title includes the service and the customer's name, telling one meeting from another in Zoom doesn't require opening the calendar. And the description can carry the details of what was booked, so everyone sees the same thing.
Services it suits
Online consultations, yoga classes, coaching sessions, cooking classes or other virtual services you already manage with BookingPress. If your whole business is in person, this addon adds nothing for you.
