For the ecological NGO that needs to raise funds and call people together, not for anyone wanting a free-form layout theme
Boomi is designed for environmental organizations, ecological NGOs, nonprofit environmental protection groups and ecological peace offices. If that is you, it covers what that kind of group needs every day: raising funds and announcing events. If you want a generic theme for just any business, this is not your product.
- It does not include personalized support.
- Forms depend on Contact Form 7, a free plugin installed separately.
- The demo is imported with the Unyson importer, also as an add-on.
- Animated sliders require the Slider Revolution plugin.
Boomi donations and simultaneous campaigns
An NGO rarely has just one cause open: there is a reforestation, a beach cleanup and a membership drive, all asking for money at once. Boomi includes a donation feature designed to raise funds for environmental projects and run several fundraising campaigns at the same time.
That avoids the usual mistake of putting everything behind a single donate button that does not explain where the money goes.
Events: talks, charity meetings and field activities
The theme includes an events feature to schedule ecology conferences, charity meetings and other environmental activities. For an organization that runs on volunteers, having the agenda published and updated on its own site avoids relying only on social media, where an announcement gets lost in a day.
Slider Revolution, Contact Form 7 and a one-click demo
Boomi is fully compatible with Slider Revolution, useful for a homepage with images, text and video and animated transitions. For forms it relies on Contact Form 7: you can edit the default template or create your own forms (contact, volunteering, partnerships) from its editor.
If you want to start from the look of the demo, the Unyson importer loads its content with a single click and gives you a base that you then adapt to your own texts and photos.
WooCommerce, WPML and Elementor: what Boomi supports
The theme is compatible with WooCommerce, so you can sell your own products (t-shirts, eco products, merchandise) to fund the cause, with payments in several currencies once the store is configured. It is also compatible with YITH WooCommerce Wishlist. It is also compatible with WPML for multilingual sites and with Elementor. It is responsive.
Note: the store does not come set up, you will have to configure WooCommerce, products and payments. Check in the demo how each module looks before deciding.
