Your next contract depends on who agrees to work with you
You close a big project and need two developers before you can start. You post the job, someone with a good profile looks up your company and opens the site. They find services, plans and client logos, all written for whoever is buying. Nothing tells them what the team does, what they would work on or how to apply. They close the tab and reply to another company.
An IT company sells people's hours, so its site also has to do the hiring. If you are short of technical staff, the project you sold runs late. Braintech, the RSTheme theme for technology and IT services companies, comes with pages for selling and for hiring, and that is where to start looking at it, ahead of the home page.
Braintech home pages and pieces
- 29 demo home pages: 15 multi-page and 14 one-page.
- Variants by activity: IT solutions, software, digital agency, data analysis, application testing, device repair, branding agency and help desk.
- More than 64 inner pages, with services, team, careers, case studies, plans, FAQs and shop.

The half of the site that job seekers read
The demo's Careers page lists six positions with their city and a link to apply. Below it come a list of benefits, a company video and a form with name, email, phone, position, resume and message.
What convinces a technician is up to you, and these pages already have the place for it:
- Careers: replace the sample benefits with your own and remove each position once filled.
- Team: Our Team and each person's single page show who works there and what they do.
- Case studies: there are eight listing styles and two single case formats. Tell the results for the client and the kind of problem for the candidate.
Applicants, tickets and payments stay outside Braintech
Among its features there is no applicant tracking: the careers page is content, with no statuses, notes or history for each person. If you hire often, that part goes in a separate plugin.
The Helpdesk Solution home page serves to present a support service: it describes tickets, CRM and plans. There is no ticket system among the theme's features, and its buttons in the demo lead nowhere.
The pricing tables do not take payments either: on the main home page, their buy buttons link to the pricing page.
Setup through to the first job post
The theme is built with Elementor, and its package includes Revolution Slider and its own RSElements and RS Framework plugins. To get it running:
- Install the theme and activate it; work on the child theme if you plan to change code.
- Import with one click the demo closest to your activity.
- Change the sample details in the header, footer and contact page.
- Test the careers form with a real submission and check that the attached resume arrives.
- Publish the team page, two or three case studies and your open positions before promoting the site.
Technology themes and a hiring plugin
Iteck also uses Elementor, with an options panel and header and footer builders, for software companies. Tecnologia organizes its menu with sections for business problems and sectors, useful if you sell by specialty.
For recruitment, Pro Pack for WP Job Openings adds applicant tracking with statuses, ratings, notes and email templates.

Does it work for a digital agency?
Yes. The home pages include several for digital agencies, one for web design and one for branding.
Does it include a careers page with a form?
The demo has one with six positions and a form that asks for a resume. Check its submission on your installation before publishing.
Does it work in several languages?
It supports WPML and right-to-left writing.
Does it manage support tickets?
There is no ticket system among its features. The Helpdesk Solution home page is a presentation page.
