A creative portfolio has a trap: whoever looks at it judges your visual taste on the first screen, but you have no time to redesign the site every time your body of work changes. Dreamslab - Creative Portfolio & Agency Theme tries to solve that with a ready-made visual base built on Elementor, aimed at creative agencies, studios, freelancers and startups.
A portfolio sells through what you show, not what you say
A studio or freelancer rarely loses a client for lack of text: they lose it because the work looks cramped, slow to browse or identical to everyone else's. That is why it matters that the theme is conceived as a showcase. Its intended uses include the designer portfolio, the video portfolio, photography, the personal gallery, the online résumé, the creative agency and the minimalist one-page site.
Elementor, headers and mega menu: how each page is built
Dreamslab works with the Elementor page builder: you drag elements, choose styles and see the result before publishing. It also includes a header and footer builder, and a flexible mega menu where you can combine navigation, images, icons and several columns, all editable from Elementor too.
- One-page navigation with smooth scrolling, useful if your presentation fits on one long screen.
- Theme options to change almost any part of the site without touching code.
- Per-page or per-post options, which override the global ones when a specific project needs a different look from the rest.
Slider Revolution is included, but you will have to master it
The theme comes with the Slider Revolution plugin. A slider loaded with effects can make the homepage heavier and distract from your projects, so use it sparingly. It also includes video tutorials and documentation.
Stores, languages and forms depend on other plugins
Dreamslab states compatibility with WooCommerce, WPML, Gravity Forms, bbPress and Elementor. Compatible does not mean included. This is what the theme solves and what you have to cover yourself:
- With another plugin: the store needs WooCommerce; a multilingual site, WPML; advanced forms, Gravity Forms; a forum, bbPress.
- By hand or with a professional: your copy, your images, weight optimization and the exact design if you want something very different from the demos.
Personalized support is not advertised with the original purchase either, so if you are not comfortable with Elementor, allow time to learn.

Does it work without Elementor?
That is not the intended use: the theme is designed to be built with Elementor, and much of its value lies there.
Is it good for more than a portfolio?
Yes. Its uses include corporate sites, agency, studio, minimalist blog or one-page website.
Can I sell my work from the site?
With WooCommerce installed, yes, because the theme is compatible. Without it, there is no store.
Do I have to start from a demo?
It is not mandatory, but it is the shortest path if you do not want to build everything from scratch.
