Anyone hiring IT services cannot assess your code or your infrastructure before signing. What they can see is your website: whether it loads well, whether it is clear what you offer and whether the mobile version holds together. For a technology company, a messy site reads as a lack of rigor. Engitech is designed so that first impression does not work against you.
It is a theme for IT and software companies, development agencies, tech startups, technical support services and app presentation pages. It suits people who cannot code as well as those who want to dig deeper.
Engitech starts with 26 homepages so you do not begin from a blank page
The theme includes 26 homepage designs, all part of the demo content, which is imported in one go. The practical advantage is that you pick the structure closest to your business (service agency, software product, app landing page) and adapt it, instead of deciding every block from scratch.
For styling you have the WordPress customizer with a real-time preview, unlimited colors (the icons change with them) and more than 1,400 Google Fonts. It also includes blog pages, single project pages, a 404 page, tabs, accordions and a Google map, which is what you need to present case studies and services.
Headers and footers you can rebuild with Elementor
There are 16 ready-made headers, with options such as a sticky header and a menu on the left, center or right. If none fits, you can build your own with Elementor, for both desktop and mobile, including a mega menu. Footers work the same way: ready-made models or one of your own.
If your service catalog is long, the mega menu helps visitors reach what they are looking for directly. The theme also includes Slider Revolution for sliders, is compatible with a child theme (so you can change templates without touching the original), supports right-to-left languages and comes with PSD files in case your designer prefers to work in Photoshop first.
Without Elementor there is no Engitech
The theme is built on the Elementor plugin and requires it. The free version is enough; Elementor Pro is not required. Here is what comes solved and what you will have to cover:
- Already solved: homepage designs, headers, footers, color and typography customizer, blog, projects, mobile and retina display adaptation, and SEO readiness.
- Already solved: compatibility with Contact Form 7 for contact or quote request forms, and with Polylang for translating the site.
- On your own: installing and maintaining Elementor, Contact Form 7 and Polylang, which are separate plugins.
- On your own: writing the texts for services, case studies and team; the theme gives you the structure, not the content.
- On your own: translating each page if you publish in several languages; Polylang organizes, it does not translate by itself.
- On your own: the store, if you need one. It is compatible with WooCommerce, but the theme is aimed at services, not e-commerce.
Questions to settle before choosing Engitech
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. The theme works with the free version of Elementor.
Does it work if my company is not in software?
It is aimed at IT, software and technology. For other sectors you would have to rewrite much of the demos, and a more neutral theme may suit you better.
Can I run the site in several languages?
Yes, with Polylang, and it includes a POT file for custom translations. You prepare the content for each language yourself.
Can I set up contact forms?
It is compatible with Contact Form 7, which is installed separately. Check in the demo how the form looks before you decide.
