Uploading photos to WordPress is not the same as showing them well
Many photographers and visual businesses end up with galleries that load slowly, look different on mobile or leave paid photos open to anyone with a right click. Envira Gallery is a plugin for building photo and video galleries with a drag and drop builder, no code required.

How Envira Gallery works depending on who installs it
If you are a professional photographer
You can protect each gallery with a password and block the right click, add text or image watermarks, show EXIF data and display Creative Commons licensing information. If you work with Adobe Lightroom, an app syncs your work without manual uploads.
If you sell photos or work with clients
The proofing features let the client select the images they want to buy or review. Selling integrates with WooCommerce: you set the prices, run promotions and manage orders from your own site, with no middleman.
If you have a blog, a portfolio or a small business
The layout templates adapt to the look of your site and even accept your own CSS. You can group galleries into albums with custom covers, sort them with tags and schedule a gallery to be live only during a promotion.
If you are a designer or developer
It works with Elementor, Beaver Builder and the WordPress block editor. If you are coming from NextGen Gallery, you can import your photos. There are also documented hooks and filters to extend its behavior.

It is not an image editor or a storage service: it organizes and displays what you upload. Some features, such as selling photos, depend on WooCommerce, and those that come as addons are worth checking in the demo before you plan your project.
