About Events Addon for Elementor

For whoever builds a conference site with Elementor, not for whoever needs to sell tickets

Visitors to an event website arrive with three questions: when is it, where is it and who is speaking. If the answers are buried in a generic page, they leave before looking at the programme. This plugin brings together widgets designed to answer exactly that inside Elementor.

It suits you if you already work with Elementor and want to build the event page by dragging blocks. And it has clear limits:

  • It is an Elementor add-on: it does not work without Elementor, and it works with any theme that Elementor supports.
  • It does not handle registrations or take payments: the Ticket widget is a call to action with a buy button, and the pricing table is presentation only.
  • Several event widgets (Eventbrite, Event Slider, Event Countdown, Upcoming Events with three styles) are Pro. Check in the demo which ones are available to you before planning the design.

Schedule, speakers and venue: what Events Addon for Elementor puts on screen

The event-specific widgets cover every block an attendee looks for:

  • Conference: title, description, place, organizer, countdown, date and time in a single block.
  • Schedule, Schedule List and Schedule Tab: the programme as a list, grid or slider, with tabs by day and date.
  • Sessions: sessions in two, three or four columns, with day, time and room number.
  • Organizer and Venues: cards for organizers (with an image) and venues, with short text and a read-more link.
  • Accommodation: lodging with name, prices, rating and image, useful if your event recommends hotels.
  • Pricing Table: title, price, tickets left, features and button.

All of them are edited with Elementor's native panel, with styling options in each widget.

Listings that fill themselves from Eventbrite or The Events Calendar

Besides typing the data by hand, the plugin can display events published with Eventbrite, The Events Calendar, All-in-One Event Calendar, Events Manager, Event Organiser, Event Espresso 4 Decaf and Event Ticketing. For Eventbrite there are dedicated widgets (list, carousel and event) with name, time, place, days left and, in some, ticket price.

Since the result depends on each events plugin, run a test with yours before committing to the design: check in the demo whether the date appears in the format you need (day/month/year or month/day), whether the time zone is right and whether the event excerpt displays properly. If your audience is spread across several countries, this matters.

General widgets for the rest of the event website

A conference site is not just a programme. The plugin includes widgets for the other pages: About Me, About Us, Team and Team Single, Testimonials, Gallery with a filter, Video with a popup, History, Blog, Table, bar and pie charts, Image Compare and Type Writter.

Two of them are frames for other plugins: Contact and Subscribe show a title, a text and the shortcode of a form that you must have created with another plugin. They do not include a form of their own.

Questions before building the event website

Does it work without Elementor?

No. It is an Elementor add-on and requires Elementor to be installed and active.

Can I sell tickets with it?

It shows buy buttons, pricing tables and listings with prices, but the sale itself is handled by a separate service or plugin, such as Eventbrite.

Do I need an events plugin as well?

It is not mandatory: the schedule, session, venue and organizer widgets are filled in by hand. An events plugin is only needed if you want automatic listings.

Can I adapt the design to my brand?

Yes, each widget has its own styling options in the Elementor editor.
