About FluentAffiliate Pro
Running an affiliate program by hand almost always ends the same way: links with parameters nobody is sure are counting, commissions calculated in a spreadsheet, and affiliates writing to ask how much they have earned. FluentAffiliate Pro brings all of that into one plugin, with a dashboard for you and another for each affiliate.
An affiliate only works if they can see their money
Whoever promotes your products decides every week where to put their effort, and they do it with the data in front of them. If they can't see their visits, their sales and the status of their payouts, they stop recommending you and move on to whoever shows them. That is why the most valuable part of this plugin isn't yours, it's the affiliate's: a dedicated dashboard where they check visits, clicks, commissions and payout history, with performance charts and access to branded materials.
How FluentAffiliate Pro works under the hood
The flow is simple and built around four steps:
- Launch: a setup wizard guides you through connecting your store and setting the commission (for example, a percentage per sale), the currency and the affiliate area.
- Recruitment: interested people sign up through a form and you approve or reject each application.
- Links: once approved, each affiliate generates their own unique referral links.
- Reward: when someone buys through that link, the affiliate earns the commission based on the rate you have defined.
Commissions tailored to you
You can define one-time, recurring or lifetime commissions, fixed or percentage-based, and adjust them by product group or by product. This matters if you sell items with different margins or subscriptions, where paying the same for everything tends to be expensive.
Tracking, payouts and alerts
The plugin records clicks, conversions and commissions automatically. Payouts are handled through integrated payment gateways, with the history and status of each one. You can also enable email notifications, for both you and your affiliates, and check program performance reports.
