A coworking space fills up with visits, not clicks
Opening a shared space and ending up with a website that looks like any generic consultancy's is more common than it seems: stock photos, cold copy and no reason to walk through the door. People looking for a desk or a room usually compare three or four places and pick the one that lets them best imagine themselves working there.
Ingl is designed for that scenario: shared workspaces, open space offices for rent, workshops, colorful conference rooms and creative spaces. But the theme only provides the shop window; what convinces people are your real photos of the place, with people in it and good light.
Ingl with Elementor: pages you change yourself without coding
The theme is edited with Elementor, the drag-and-drop page builder, so you can move blocks, rewrite copy or build a new page for a workshop without touching code. It also includes a one-click demo content importer: you load the complete sample site and replace the text and images with your own.
To get started, it is enough to change the logo, business name, phone number and email. The sticky header can be turned on or off, which is useful if you want the contact button always in view.
Typography, mobile and basic SEO
- Typography: the options panel lets you choose any font from the Google Fonts library to give your brand its own style.
- Responsive design: the layout adapts to mobile, desktop and retina screens.
- Clean code: it is developed following SEO best practices, with validated HTML. It is a good base, but rankings depend mostly on your content and your area.
Room bookings need a separate plugin
A coworking space lives off filling hours and desks, and here the theme is limited to presenting the space. This is what is already solved and what you will have to cover yourself:
- Solved by the theme: website design, importable demo, editing with Elementor, typography and an optional sticky header.
- With another plugin: calendar and room booking, payment of fees or passes, member registration and member area.
- With WPML: the theme is compatible with multilingual plugins such as WPML, but translation is built with that plugin, which is separate.
- By hand or with a professional: photos of the space, copy for prices and house rules, and the privacy policy.
Check in the demo whether any page uses features that require Elementor Pro, so you do not get a surprise later.
