Innox is edited with Elementor, a visual drag and drop editor. You can modify the content without programming and create new pages by combining sections from a long list. The design is responsive, meant to look good on different screen sizes.
A tip before you decide: in the demo, check how the text-heavy sections behave on mobile and whether the contact form works for you as it is or you would rather add a forms plugin.

Does it work for a distributor, not just a manufacturer?
Yes. The businesses it is designed for include distribution of plastic materials, as well as manufacturing.

That is not what the theme sets out to do, as it is aimed at presenting the company. To sell online you would need a separate shop plugin.
Does it look good on mobile?
