About Inthera – Counseling Centre WordPress Theme

For the practice that is just starting out, not for the clinic with online booking

Building a website for a psychology practice or counselling centre usually ends one of two ways: a cold template that feels like a bank, or a design so decorated that it overwhelms someone who is already anxious when they arrive. Inthera focuses on the first thing that person needs on landing: to feel calm before reading a single sentence.

It suits you if you are a therapist, a small practice or a counselling centre that needs to introduce itself, explain its services, show its team and make contact easy. It is not the right choice if you want online appointment booking, session payments or a private patient area: you would need another plugin or an external service.

A homepage designed so visitors find their way quickly

The Inthera demo opens with a large welcome block with short messages and a call-to-action button, followed by an introduction on why seeking therapeutic help can be worthwhile. Then come the services, the centre's principles, the team, the personal approach, testimonials and the latest blog posts.

That order answers the questions of someone unsure about asking for help: what you treat, who will see them and whether other people have been in their place.

Services and team: what people check most before calling

  • Services: the demo presents them separately, with examples such as anxiety, family, depression and child therapy. Each specialty is visible at a glance.
  • Team: there are therapist profiles with a short bio. Someone looking for a psychologist wants to put a face to the name and know where they come from.
  • Personal approach: a dedicated block explaining that every session plan is adapted to the person.

Testimonials need care: this is a delicate field

The theme includes a space for testimonials, and in the demo they talk about anxiety, grief or depression. In mental health it pays to be cautious: use only real opinions, with express permission from the people who gave them, and avoid promising cures or results. The demo texts are placeholders and must be replaced.

Blog and contact, just enough for someone to take the step

The blog lets you publish articles about symptoms and wellbeing, useful for bringing people searching for information about anxiety to your site. The demo also includes contact details with address, phone, email and opening hours, plus links to social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Behance and Pinterest. Check in the demo how the form looks, because it is what will be used most by someone who does not dare to call.

Frequently asked questions

Does it let people book sessions from the website?

It is not something the demo shows. If you need it, add a separate booking system.

Is it good for coaching as well as therapy?

The design is calm and generic, so you can adapt the texts to coaching or counselling. The demo content, however, is written for therapy.

Does it come with content ready to publish?

It includes demo texts and testimonials. You will need to replace them with your own, especially the team details and the opinions.
