Welding buyers look for the part, not the process
Someone who needs a tank, a ventilation duct or an industrial staircase rarely types «resistance welding» into Google. They search for the part and want to see at a glance whether your shop makes it. If your site talks about processes instead of what leaves the workshop, that buyer goes to a competitor who shows it.
Irozo is designed for welding and steel fabrication shops, and its demo organizes everything around the part: hoppers, industrial ductwork, fan housings, structural steel buildings, platforms and stairways, motor and fan bases, tanks, pressure vessels and scrubbers.
Irozo: one page per part, projects with galleries and the team in plain sight
The demo structure splits the work into blocks you can use as they are:
- Services by part: there is a separate block for processes (resistance welding, fusion welding and torch brazing).
- Projects: a list by location, with image gallery, video and audio sections. Useful if you want to show finished work in different cities.
- Team: a section with a profile for each person, which helps put a face to whoever will walk onto the client's site.
- Blog: for publishing technical tips or workshop news.
- Certifications and experience: highlighted blocks on the home page to show accreditations and years in business.
Appointment, emergencies and form: how Irozo turns a visit into an order
The demo header carries the opening hours, address, phone number and an appointment button, so contact details are visible from any page. The home page has an emergency service notice and, further down, a form with a service selector so the client can say which part they need in their first message.
One important detail: the demo texts are placeholders. The Latin filler, the years of experience, the certifications, the 24-hour service and the projects are examples. Replace them with your real details and do not publish any accreditation your shop does not hold.
Is Irozo right for you if your shop does more than weld?
Irozo fits if you run an industrial shop that wants to show its catalog of parts and receive enquiries. It is less obvious if your main activity is something else (machining, installation, maintenance) and welding is secondary, because the demo revolves around it. Keep these limits in mind too:
- The demo testimonials talk about home renovations, not industry. You will have to replace them with opinions from your real clients.
- It is a corporate presentation theme: do not expect a part configurator or an automatic quoting system.
- The appointment button is an access point to contact. Check in the demo whether it covers your need before counting on a booking calendar.
Can I use it if I only offer some of the parts in the demo?
Check which parts you make and keep only those you offer from the demo.
Is it suitable for showing work in several cities?
The demo already presents projects by location in several countries, and you can reuse that structure or limit it to your area.
Do I have to change a lot of text?
Yes: the name, contact details, certifications, testimonials and descriptions in the demo are examples and must be yours before you publish.
