About Jet Appointments Booking

If you sell hourly time with several people behind it, this is for you; if you rent lodging by the night, it is not

Taking appointments from WordPress often ends in a calendar that does not know who is serving, bookings that overlap, or confirmation messages someone sends by hand. Jet Appointments Booking is designed for hourly services: the customer picks a service, a provider and a time slot, all in one flow. It fits hair salons, clinics, studios, spas, consultancies, coaching or technical visits.

It is not the plugin for booking by days or nights (lodging, for example). It is also an add-on within the Crocoblock ecosystem: it is designed to work with JetEngine and JetFormBuilder, and payments rely on WooCommerce, so expect to install whatever you need from that environment as well.

The real problem of an appointment business: the schedule belongs to people, not the premises

Anyone who lives off appointments soon finds out that the scarce resource is not the premises but each professional's hour. If two stylists have different hours, breaks and days off, one general calendar will not do.

How availability is defined in Jet Appointments Booking

  • Fixed slots or time ranges to offer set hours or looser intervals.
  • Buffer times between services and breaks, so nobody arrives while the station is still being cleaned.
  • Days off and blocked dates for holidays or closures.
  • Recurring bookings, useful for training sessions or weekly follow-ups.
  • Custom timezone to generate the calendar slots.

Check in the demo how the form behaves when a service is delivered by several people, because that is what most affects your setup.

Running the day to day: calendar, statuses and automatic notices

Bookings are managed in three views: list, calendar and timeline, with filters and editing without leaving WordPress. Each appointment has a status, and actions can be triggered from it: confirmations, cancellations, reminders and webhooks to other systems.

For online consultations, it can create Zoom or Google Meet meetings and add them to Google Calendar with two-way synchronization, so your personal schedule and the site's do not contradict each other.

Charging for the appointment with the WooCommerce checkout

If your services are paid (treatments, consultations, classes), the booking connects to WooCommerce: the customer confirms and pays through the existing checkout flow, with the payment methods you have already set up. The order status and the appointment status are linked. If you do not use WooCommerce, this route does not work as is.

Works with Elementor, Gutenberg and Bricks

It integrates with the Elementor, Gutenberg and Bricks editors, so you can build the form and templates without writing code. Because it relies on custom post types and custom fields, you can add intake data to the form, for example the reason for the consultation.
