Building a real estate website often ends with listings that every agent fills in differently, filters that can't find what the client asks for, and a contact form buried at the bottom of the page. Luxus is a WordPress theme designed for agencies, independent agents and owners who sell or rent residential and commercial properties.

The truth almost nobody mentions: in this business the visitor doesn't buy on the first click, they come back several times to look at the same three or four properties. What decides whether they choose you is how easy it is to save, compare and pick up where they left off. Luxus includes exactly those pieces.

Listings, agents and agencies in one system

The theme manages three types of content that relate to each other:

• Properties: sale, rental, residential and commercial, with gallery, video, floor plans and map (OpenStreetMap or Google Maps).
• Agents: individual profile with bio, contact details and their own properties.
• Agencies: profile with their story, services, team and combined portfolio.

Each listing supports direct contact with the agent or agency and reviews on the property. There are also featured properties, with configurable expiration.

Search, save and compare: what the buyer uses

Advanced search filters by location, price, type, bedrooms and amenities. Registered users can save favorites in their account and compare several properties side by side (features, prices and photos). From their dashboard they also manage their saved searches and profile.

The theme also allows properties to be submitted from both the admin area and the frontend, and a subscription system to charge for featured listings, premium agent profiles or membership plans. Payments rely on WooCommerce (PayPal, Stripe and bank transfer, or other gateways WooCommerce supports), so if you want to charge you need it installed and configured.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Design is done with Elementor, with more than 20 custom elements, and there are visual builders for headers, footers and reusable blocks (testimonials, areas, forms).

Does it work for a portal with several agents?

Yes, it is one of its uses: agent and agency profiles, property submission from the frontend and a user dashboard. If your portal will have heavy traffic, performance will also depend on your hosting.

Can it be used in other languages?

It includes a .pot file for translation, RTL support and compatibility with common multilingual plugins. It also comes with demo content in Arabic.

Does it handle forms and email?

It is integrated with Contact Form 7 and Mailchimp subscription. Both work with their respective services or plugins.

What to keep in mind about the design

There are several home pages to choose from, a layout that adapts to mobile and tablet, retina-ready screens, a sticky header, left or right sidebar, and wide or boxed layout. Global options (colors, included Google Fonts, styles) are in a central panel. It is built on Bootstrap 5.

As with any theme with demos, the final result depends on your photos and copy: demos look good because they have great property images.

One-click import loads pages, settings and sample content. Afterwards it is worth going through it carefully: replace the test properties with your own, check which map you prefer (OpenStreetMap or Google Maps), set up the payment gateways if you will sell subscriptions, and test the frontend property submission flow before opening it to other users.
