About MainWP Atarim Extension
Agencies that already manage their sites with MainWP and collect feedback through Atarim
A client's changes arrive by email, by WhatsApp, by phone call or in the middle of a Zoom meeting, and by the time you sit down to work nobody remembers which page it was or what screen they saw it on. This plugin aims to cut that chaos for anyone who already runs their workflow on MainWP.
It works for you if you meet three conditions at once:
- You manage several sites from your own MainWP Dashboard.
- You have an Atarim agency account on a paid plan (Starter, Expert or Agency), because without it the extension does nothing.
- You have your Atarim API key and the REST API enabled in MainWP.
It is not for you if you work with a single site, if you don't use MainWP, or if you want a feedback tool that works on its own. This extension does not replace Atarim: it is the bridge that brings its requests into your panel.
What the client points out on the site reaches your panel in order
Atarim lets the client mark changes directly on the page, as if sticking on adhesive notes. Each notice is saved with the screen size, the browser and a screenshot of what that person saw.
The MainWP extension does not change that part. What it does is gather, in your MainWP Dashboard, the requests from all the sites connected to Atarim, in a single list with their details, so you don't have to open one panel after another or dig through your email.

Reports for the client
If you use the MainWP Pro reports extension, task lists and time entries can be included in the generated reports. Without that reports extension, this part is not available.
Installed only on the Dashboard, not on every client site
The extension is installed only on your MainWP Dashboard and linked to your Atarim agency account through the API key. No additional installation is needed on the child sites. That said, the sites must be connected to Atarim for their requests to appear.
If you don't have an Atarim account yet, you can create one before setting up the connection. Remember that the cost of the Atarim plan is separate from this plugin.

Does it work without an Atarim account?
No. You need an Atarim Agency Dashboard account and a paid plan to make use of the integration.
Do I have to install anything on my clients' sites?
