About Matour – Tour & Travel Agency Elementor Template
A small agency often has this problem: the homepage looks great, but hardly anyone lands there. People looking for a trip type in a destination, arrive on a specific page and decide whether to stay or leave. Matour is an Elementor template kit made for tour operators, travel agencies, travel guides and vacation or tourism services, and it spreads the weight across several pages, not just the home.
Destination and destination detail: the pages that actually get visits
The kit includes a listing template (Destination) and an individual page template (Destination Detail). Treat them as your entry pages: one for each place you sell, with what you do there, who it is for and how to contact you. That way you avoid piling everything onto the homepage, and every search lands on a page that talks about exactly what the person was looking for.
Matour also adds a travel content tabs block, built with Jkit.

It is not just a pretty homepage. These are the pieces it comes with:
- Home, About Us and Destinations, with its destination detail.
- FAQ, to get the repeated customer questions out of the way.
- Blog and single post, to publish travel guides and tips.
- Contact, with a form built with MetForm.
- Header with an offcanvas side menu, and footer.
- 404 page and global theme style.
The layout is responsive on mobile and tablet, retina-ready, and designed for Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera. Everything is edited from Elementor, without touching code.
Matour works with free plugins, no Elementor Pro
For the kit to look like the demo you need three plugins: Elementor, Jeg Elementor Kit and MetForm. With them you get the whole website, form included. If you also have Elementor Pro, you can customize the header and footer from the Theme Builder, but it is not required.
One practical detail: the demo photos are samples. In an agency, images weigh the most in the decision, so swap them for your own: real photos of your destinations and your groups sell better than any stock library.
Is Matour enough, or do you need online bookings and payments?
Matour is a design, not a management system. Among its templates there is no package page with a calendar, cart or payment gateway. If you want customers to book and pay on your site, you will have to add a separate plugin and adapt the pages. If your goal is to collect inquiries through a form and close by phone or email, the kit fits as it is.
Do I need Elementor Pro?
No. The kit is designed to work with free plugins: Elementor, Jeg Elementor Kit and MetForm.
Does it include a booking engine?
No. It has a contact form, but no booking or payment management.
Is it suitable for accommodation or resorts?
It is aimed at trips and destinations. There is no specific rooms template, although you can reuse the destination detail one to present a property.
Are the demo images ready to publish?
They are sample photos. It is best to replace them with your own before launching the website.
