About Novashare WP Social Sharing
For sites that live on Google traffic and don't want to pay in speed for a few buttons
Share buttons are often the last thing added to a page and the first thing to slow it down. And most visitors never touch them. Novashare starts from that idea: sharing shouldn't cost you points in Core Web Vitals.
It suits you if you run a blog, a media site or a content site and keep an eye on load speed, or if you maintain client sites and want to replace a heavy social plugin with a lighter one.
It doesn't suit you if you want to schedule or automatically publish your posts to social networks: Novashare makes it easy for visitors to share and follow you, but it doesn't publish for you. It isn't a social analytics tool either.
Novashare under the hood: what loads and what doesn't
On basic setups it loads no JavaScript and doesn't depend on jQuery. Icons are inline SVG, so there are no icon fonts to download, and it stores its data in its own tables. Its front-end weight stays under 3.2 KB.
The settings panel uses native WordPress styling, so you don't have to learn a different interface to configure it.

Share counts: useful on popular content
Novashare shows the total number of shares and the breakdown by network, with data from Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, Buffer and others, intended for popular content. Before deciding, check in the demo which of the networks you use display a number.
Blocks for the block editor
There are blocks for share buttons, follow buttons and Click to Post, with preview and customization right in the editor. If you build your pages with a page builder rather than the block editor, check in the demo how it fits the way you work.

It is designed not to: on basic setups it loads no JavaScript or jQuery, and the icons are inline SVG.
