The TrickleUp demo: a business book told from top to bottom
The demo is built like the page of a book for entrepreneurs and shows a complete journey, with a menu giving quick access to About, Reviews, Chapters, Events and Pricing. Its blocks are:
- Book presentation with a buy button visible from the start.
- Key ideas of the book in short blocks and a quote from a press review.
- A section on who the book is for, so the reader recognises themselves.
- Reader opinions with name and profile, a pricing table with several formats (digital, hardback, signed) and a contact block with blog subscription.
Countdown, video and testimonials: modules to push the decision
Besides the demo design, the theme includes elements to build your own page: testimonials, countdown timer, video and video slider, audio, pricing table, tabs, accordion and toggles, maps, contact form, buttons and calls to action, and social sharing buttons.
For the rest of the site there are seven header styles, three footers, a blog in classic, grid, masonry or justified layout, with a sidebar on the left, on the right or none, post formats (image, gallery, quote, video, audio, link) and its own 404 page.
Is One Page E-book Landing enough to sell a book, or do you need a store?
It works well if you sell one or a few titles by one author and want a page with personality. The buy buttons and the pricing table are design pieces: to take payments you need to link them to the platform or payment gateway you use, and it is worth testing that step with the demo in mind. If you manage a large catalogue with cart, inventory and shipping, this theme is not meant for that.
Is it only for business books?
No. The demo is about an entrepreneurship book, but the structure (author, chapters, reviews, formats) works for any digital book. Change the texts and images.
Can I also sell physical copies?
The demo shows digital and hardback formats in its pricing table, so the design supports it. How you charge and ship depends on the system you connect.
Is everything in the demo reusable?
The modules in the list can be placed on your pages. The data, reviews and awards in the demo are sample content: replace them with your own, real and verifiable.
Does it work for a site with many pages?
Yes, it has a blog, several headers and footers and inner pages. Still, its strength is the single sales page.
