About PexPipe – Plumbing Services WordPress Theme
When someone's bathroom floods or the water heater dies, they don't compare websites: they look for a phone number and call the first company that seems trustworthy. If your plumbing business doesn't show its number up front, that call goes to someone else.
PexPipe and the call that is decided on the first screen
PexPipe is a WordPress theme made for plumbers and drain cleaning companies. Customers almost never plan ahead: they arrive in a hurry, with water on the floor and little patience for reading. That is why the template puts the 24/7 emergency phone number and the request button in the header, before any explanation about the company.
From panic to request: the journey of a customer with a leak
Follow the path of someone with a problem at home:
- They arrive from a search engine. The first thing they see is a direct question about household problems, a message about plumbing and drain cleaning professionals, and a request button.
- They check that you do what they need. The services menu covers plumbing repair, drain cleaning, sump pumps, toilets, faucets, water heaters, water softeners, shower replacement, washing machine repair, leak detection and sewer line repair. There is a dedicated section for the emergency plumber.
- They look for reasons to trust you. One block highlights 24/7 customer service, upfront pricing, booking with no fixed time windows and vetted professionals. Below it are customer reviews with star ratings.
- They get in touch. They can call the number or ask for a call back using the request form.
Keep in mind that all those texts, names, phone numbers, reviews and terms are sample content. You must replace them with your own: don't publish the sample reviews as if they came from your customers, and don't advertise financing or fixed prices if your company doesn't offer them.
Services and areas: one page for each search
The structure includes Services, Emergency Plumber, About and Locations. This helps you separate what people actually search for: someone who needs a clogged pipe cleared doesn't type the same thing as someone who wants to replace a shower. A locations section is useful if you serve several areas, since the theme's text talks about technicians who travel to the customer's area. Fill it in only with the areas where you really work.
What PexPipe does not solve for you
It is a presentation theme: it showcases your services and collects requests, but it does not include a booking system with a calendar, payments or job management on its own. The demo's line about booking whenever you want relies on a phone call or the request form. Check in the demo how that form behaves before deciding whether it is enough for you.
Any figures, guarantees and licenses you mention (for example, licensed technicians) must be true in your case. The privacy and terms content in the footer is a model: adapt it to how you actually handle your customers' data.
Frequently asked questions about PexPipe
Can I use it if I don't offer emergency calls?
Yes, but then you should change or remove the emergency plumber page and the 24/7 message, so you don't promise something you don't deliver.
Is it suitable for other trades?
The design and texts are built for plumbing and drain cleaning. For another trade you would have to rewrite almost all the service content.
