Anyone selling a course, a paid newsletter or an onboarding program has a problem that rarely gets discussed: the enthusiastic member consumes everything in the first week and, with nothing left pending, finds no reason to stay. PMPro Series Drip Feed Content spreads the content across the membership so there is always something new waiting.
It is an add-on for Paid Memberships Pro: it decides what unlocks and when, based on how many days each person has been a member.
How PMPro Series Drip Feed Content releases each piece
Once activated, a Series menu appears in the WordPress admin. Each series groups posts, pages or other content types, and you assign every item a delay in days from the member's signup. Anything marked "0 days" opens as soon as they register.
- Unlock by days since registration: every day a script checks which content each member is now entitled to.
- Email notification: when something opens, the member receives an email letting them know.
- Link in their account: new items appear in the "Member Links" section of their account page.
- Tied to levels: a series can be assigned to one or several membership levels.
The limits are worth knowing. It needs Paid Memberships Pro installed and active, because it does not work on its own. The schedule is relative: it counts days from signup, not fixed dates, so it is no use for opening something on the same day for everyone. Out of the box it supports posts and pages; including other custom content types takes a code filter. And the email subject or access messages are changed with filters meant for developers, not from a settings panel.

Can I use the same series on several levels? Yes, when you set it up you assign one or more levels.
Does the member find out when something new is available? Yes, by email and through the link on their account page.
Can I unlock content on a specific date? No, unlocking depends on the days since registration.
Do I need to code? Not for normal use: everything is managed from the WordPress admin.
Courses, paid blogs and private video: where it fits
It works well where the value lies in order and pace: course lessons, a welcome series, a premium blog or newsletter, podcasts or private videos released gradually. It is designed for sites where a member can hold one or more active levels.
Mind the expectation: the add-on controls the when, not the what. You create the content of every lesson or article, and the series only decides the moment each member can see it.
Each series is tied to a level before you publish it
Setup is short: a title and description for the series, the content with its delay in days, and the levels that will grant access in the Require Membership box.
Before starting, sketch the calendar on paper: what opens on day 0, what gives the first nudge a week in, and what keeps the member around at one month. Then check in the demo how a member sees the series, with what is available and what is pending, to make sure the texts read clearly.
