About PremiumPress Jobs Board Theme

A job portal lives on two audiences that are nothing alike

Building a job board often ends in a listings plugin, a payments plugin, a resume plugin and a form nobody is sure works. Then the real problem arrives: without employers posting there are no candidates, and without candidates employers won't pay. PremiumPress Jobs Board Theme is made for anyone who wants an Indeed-style portal where the money comes from the companies that post, not from those searching.

The key to the business is that the candidate is your free shop window and the employer is your customer. Every decision in the theme (packages, featured upgrades, resume access) aims at charging that customer without getting in the other side's way.

Charging companies: packages, upgrades and resume database access

Employers register, buy a package and post their vacancies from their own dashboard. You decide whether to approve each listing or let it publish automatically.

  • Paid packages: single post, bundle or monthly subscription, with prices and durations you set. The theme handles credits, renewals and receipts.
  • Paid upgrades: featured listing, urgent-hiring badge and homepage slot, as extra revenue on top of every package.
  • Resume database: there are two gates. Searching the profiles that opted in is one; opening the full CV is another, which you can charge for separately.

What the candidate sees: real filters, alerts and a structured profile

Employment type and category are proper taxonomies, so filtering by full-time returns only those jobs and not anything that happens to contain the phrase. Salary filters by band with its pay period, and candidates can limit the distance from their postcode.

Profile and applications

Besides the PDF, candidates build a profile with headline, skills as searchable tags, experience and location, and they control whether it is visible. Each application carries its own message and a frozen copy of the CV that was sent, so the employer reads exactly what was submitted. The employer moves each person through new, shortlisted, interview and hired, and can offer interview times that the candidate confirms, with nothing appearing on the public advert.

Alerts and Google for Jobs

Saved searches send a single digest per candidate, with only what is new. Every vacancy publishes Google's JobPosting structured data, making it eligible for Google's jobs box; if a field is blank, nothing is invented.

One limit to keep in mind: the theme builds the portal, but traffic and your first employers are up to you. And check in the demo how payments work with the gateway you plan to use.

Frequently asked questions before you decide

Do I need job board plugins?

No. Listings, employer accounts, applications, CV uploads and paid packages are built into the theme itself.

Can I edit the pages without coding?

Yes, with Elementor: listings, search heroes and employer panels are blocks you arrange visually.

Does it suit a specific sector, such as healthcare?

You can choose a design by sector and import demo vacancies.

Do employers manage their own listings?

Yes. They post, edit and re-post from their dashboard; you only approve if you turn that option on.

Is it available in several languages?

It is a multilingual theme, so you can offer the portal in more than one language.

Import your sector's demo and review the packages before opening

Choose the design closest to your niche and import the demo vacancies to see the portal with content. Before opening to the public, replace those vacancies with your own, define packages and prices, decide whether you will approve listings by hand, and run a test purchase as an employer and an application as a candidate. That full run-through will tell you more than any feature list.
