About PremiumPress Real Estate Theme
A property portal without agents is an empty shop window
Building a Rightmove or Zillow style portal looks like a web design problem, but it is a business problem: buyers don't come if there are no listings, and agencies neither publish nor pay if they see no enquiries. PremiumPress Real Estate Theme brings together the pieces to get that circle moving: property pages, agent accounts, enquiry forms and paid listings, all inside the theme with no loose plugins to assemble.
What it does not do is bring you agents or properties: that part is yours. Before choosing a design, decide which agencies you will recruit first.
From agency sign-up to viewing: the full walk-through with PremiumPress Real Estate Theme
1. The agency registers and publishes
Sales and letting agents sign up, build their profile and manage their listings from the front end. You approve every sign-up from the admin. You can keep the site for a single agency or open it as a multi-agent portal.
2. Every home gets its own page
The page brings together a photo gallery, floor plans, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, tenure, energy certificate (EPC), price and status (sale or let), plus any custom fields you define. Those same details later become filters, so a listing with empty fields is a listing nobody finds.
3. The buyer searches where they want to live
Every listing carries Google Maps and search works by area and radius. Ajax filters respond instantly by price, bedrooms, type and features. You can switch each filter on or off and drag them to set the order buyers see.
4. The enquiry reaches the right agent
Each listing has its own enquiry form, a call-back option and viewing requests. The enquiry is routed to the agent of that listing and you can follow everything from the admin. This is what justifies an agency paying to be on your portal.
5. The buyer comes back
Buyers save homes and searches and get an email when a matching listing appears. They can also rate agents with stars and reviews, which you moderate. Publish only real opinions: a portal with invented reviews loses exactly what it is trying to sell.
Questions before building the portal
Do I need membership or map plugins? Property pages, map search, agent accounts and recurring fees come inside the theme.
Is it for more than selling homes? It includes 30 starting designs: sales, new builds, land, commercial property, holiday rentals, city rentals, student lets, retirement living and foreclosures. They are visual starting points, not separate modules.
Does it support several languages? Yes, it includes more than 15 languages and is ready for translation.
Does it work as a holiday booking engine? It is built for listings and enquiries. If you need online bookings with a calendar, check in the demo whether it covers your case before deciding.
Free listings, featured upgrades and agency fees: how to charge
You can offer free or paid listings, with optional upgrades such as featured, homepage or sponsored placement. You can also create recurring agency memberships, cap how many properties each level can post and take payment automatically through more than 30 payment gateways. Every payment goes to your account with no platform commission.
Ready-made designs and Elementor: where the theme ends
Pages are built with the free Elementor plugin and more than 150 real estate blocks (listing grids, map panels, agent cards) that you drag into place with no code. The listings and agents in the demo are samples: you will need to replace them with your own. Also check the admin panel in the demo, where properties and members are approved from one place.
