About Propello – Air Conditioning Maintenance WordPress Theme
Nobody thinks about their air conditioning until it dies in the middle of July
That is the problem your business faces: customers look for you when the emergency has already happened, and maintenance, which is what brings steady income, gets put off year after year. An HVAC website has to handle both cases: help the person calling in a hurry and convince the one with no breakdown yet that servicing the unit costs less than repairing it.
Propello is a theme designed for air conditioning and heating companies. Its demo already separates cooling and heating services, which is how customers think depending on the season.
How to build a maintenance website with Propello, step by step
A typical walkthrough for a company that wants to sell yearly checkups:
- Home page: the demo opens with a question-style headline about how often to service your unit, then moves on to services, projects, pricing and latest blog posts. There are seven header styles and three footer styles to decide how much contact information stays in view.
- Services: separate pages for installation, repair and maintenance, for both air conditioning and heating. Each search lands on a page that talks about exactly that.
- Pricing: it includes a pricing table element to present each service with its cost. It is only a visual presentation, not a payment system: the demo buttons are links, and you decide where they lead.
- Projects: pages for completed jobs, named in the demo by type of service and city. Useful if you work in several areas and want that to show.
- Trust: pages and modules for team, testimonials, partners, careers and FAQs, plus counters, countdown timers and maps.
- Contact: a form and a map so customers know where you are and when you are open.
To build the habit of regular servicing, the blog helps: it supports standard, gallery, video, image, link, quote and audio posts, with classic, grid, masonry or justified layouts, and a sidebar on the left, on the right or none at all. An article about the ideal summer temperature or about turning the AC off at night answers real questions before the breakdown arrives.
Common questions before choosing Propello
Can I take payments or bookings from the site?
Not as a theme feature. The book, request a quote or buy buttons are calls to action: you link them to your form, your phone number or whichever booking tool you use.
Does it work for other construction trades?
The structure (services, projects, pricing, team) suits other maintenance trades, but the demo is written for air conditioning and heating, so you would have to change all the text and images.
Does it come in Spanish?
The demo is in English and uses US data. Plan to write your own content in Spanish, and check in the demo how menus and titles look with longer text.
Sample text with typos and data from another country
The demo includes addresses, phone numbers, cities, opening hours and blog posts from 2016 that are of no use to you, and some English sentences with typos. Rewrite everything before publishing, because a customer who sees someone else's phone number or a city that is not yours will not call.
Also review the social media icons: they include Google+, which no longer exists. Remove it and keep only the profiles you actually manage.
