About Qyrr-Code Pro
A printed QR can't be corrected, and that's where the problem starts
You print a thousand flyers, a display stand or product packaging and, weeks later, the destination page changes. The code is still there, pointing to an old address, and the only way out is to print again. Anyone using QR codes in physical marketing lives with that risk, and almost nobody warns you at the start.
Qyrr-Code Pro generates codes inside the WordPress admin and, with dynamic codes, lets you change the linked content without creating a new one. Those dynamic codes can also be tracked, so you aren't printing blind.
Ten content types and a design tailored to your brand
You can create codes for a page or post, an external URL, text, email, phone number, SMS, a WhatsApp message, geolocation, WiFi and vCard. The design is thoroughly adjustable: colors, labels, quiet zone, error correction level, your own logo with its position and a label with Google Fonts.
You export as PNG or SVG. To show the code on your website you use a shortcode or a block.
One clear limit: the free version of the plugin only covers pages, posts and external URLs, and exports PNG only. The other content types, SVG, dynamic codes, bulk generation and WooCommerce belong to the Pro version.
Hundreds of codes at once and a ZIP for the print shop
Bulk generation has two modes:
- Unique ID: automatically numbers as many codes as you choose, so each one can be tracked separately.
- Data per line: you paste a list of URLs and one code is created for each.
Campaigns help you organize the codes, and bulk download hands you a ZIP with all of them, ready to give to the print shop.
Global templates and WooCommerce: the code creates itself
You save a code as a template and Qyrr generates the next ones with the same style. With the global template it can also create them automatically for content types, switching the link to the current page, post or product.
In a store, it generates codes for products, coupons and pages, and also for orders, which you can embed with a shortcode in a PDF invoice. Note: an order's code links to that order's edit screen in the admin, so it is a quick access for the store team and not a page meant for the customer.

Can I change the destination of a QR that is already printed?
Yes, if you created it as dynamic. It is a Pro version feature.
Can it let people save me as a contact?
Yes, there is a vCard type. WiFi, WhatsApp and geolocation are also available.
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. You only need it if you want codes for products, coupons, store pages or orders.
What formats can I download the codes in?
PNG or SVG, one by one or all together in a ZIP.
Test one printed code before launching the whole batch
Before generating hundreds of codes, create one, style it, print it at its real size and scan it with several phones. If you add a logo or change colors, that is where you see whether the quiet zone and the error correction level hold up. Once it works, save it as a template and run the bulk generation with the same configuration.
