About Realet – Real Estate Best WordPress Theme

A developer selling new builds, not an agency with hundreds of listings

Anyone selling off-plan apartments has a problem that property portals don't solve: the customer isn't buying a home they can visit, they're buying a drawn promise. If the website only shows mood photos, it doesn't answer what buyers really ask: how many square metres it has, how the rooms are laid out and what living there will be like.

Realet is designed for developers, builders and architecture or interior design studios that present their own projects. It isn't what you want if you need a search with filters by price, area or bedrooms, maps, or property listings published every day: the demo shows none of that and you would have to solve it with another plugin.

  • Fits: those who present a few projects, told well.
  • Fits: those who want to show services, team and finished projects.
  • Doesn't fit: the agency that manages a large catalogue of sales and rentals.

Realet and the floor plans for each unit type: from studio to penthouse

The block that carries the most weight in the demo is the floor plans. It offers one option per unit type (studio, penthouse, one, two and three bedrooms) and each combines a text with a room-by-room breakdown: total area, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room and windows. It's exactly the information a buyer uses to decide whether to book a visit or keep looking.

The values in the demo are examples. You will have to measure and write your own, and they should match the actual specifications, because in off-plan sales a wrong figure ends up as a complaint.

Services, team and projects for those who sell before they build

The home page gathers the sections a new-build customer usually expects: company introduction, services, projects, a team with progress bars for specialities, testimonials, latest blog posts, a newsletter signup and a footer with address, phone, email and opening hours. There is also a block to highlight the building's shared areas and lifestyle (entertainment, kids playground).

Besides the home page, the demo includes inner pages:

  • A landing page and a video page.
  • About, services, team and portfolio.
  • Pricing, FAQ and clients.
  • Contact, with a chat button in the header.

All the texts, names, phone numbers and testimonials in the demo are filler. If you leave them, the site looks abandoned, so set aside time to write your own content.

A blog with five layouts in Realet

The blog supports a sidebar on the left, on the right, on both sides, or two columns with the sidebar on either side. For a developer it's useful when publishing construction progress, neighbourhood news or buyer guides, and wanting to decide how much room to give to widgets.

If your strategy relies on attracting traffic with lots of articles, that blog is a complement to the projects website, not the core of the theme.

Questions before choosing Realet

Is it suitable for publishing properties for sale and rent?

It is designed to present projects and unit types, not to manage a listing with filters. If you need that, check the demo for anything similar and be ready to add a dedicated plugin.

Does it work for an architecture or interior design studio?

Yes. The services (architectural design, planning, furniture and decor, lighting), the portfolio and the team cover that profile well, even though the focus is that of a developer.

What does the footer include?

Address, phone, email, opening hours and a newsletter signup field. Replace the sample details with your real ones before publishing.
